hi. I’m just wondering if I can use my Pueraria Mirifica capsules topically? Like mixing it with oil and using it to massage my breasts?
If anyone has any advice or if anyone has tried it with results, I wanna hear your stories.

I mix my pm powder to olive oil. Let it soak for over a week so the ingredient get into the oil. It is super grainy though. So instead of use it for massage, I rub the mixture on, and apply heating pad over just let it absorb.
