Has anyone used Arginine in their program?

#1

Hello everyone!

Has anyone used L-Argenine in their program? I'm trying to up my human growth hormone (to my current BO program).

If so, how did it work for you?

Thank you.

Hey Danica! I personally have used Arginine and glutamine for gym purposes- hgh and the truth is they spike the hormone just during the exercise performance and between the absorption time.  Creatine goes on the same way, it is really helpful for increasing hgh but it only works for  the exercise period.  I do take aminos six months every year though, for different purposes of course.

If you want to increase hgh, you need to watch out your protein intake, exercise, hours of sleep and eating habits. Ellen (MissMadScientist) used ibutamoren for raising IGF-1 (hormone related to hgh and breast growth) and her reviews on that topic is quite interesting. You can check it out on her BO thread. However I must tell you it's really difficult to raise it . The key is food and sleep habits I'd say. I tried for four months last year and trying to get back to it now , not for breast growth (though it would be a great addition) but health in general. I need to sleep more for avoiding anxiety crisis , lol.

Thank you so much for your detailed response, Sweet Orange! Shall definitely look into what Ellen uses for igf-1. Is there a brand and dosage for I. That you would recommend?
Do you think full cream (goat) milk can help with igf-1?

Thank you kindly Xx
