Probably theres no problem and you have to wait more.
I've been growing with BO so I'm a fan and believer of this program. I'd like you to ask: what overall changes in your body have you experienced in this time? Or nada?
Have you had some signs like darker nips, hurting? After two months it's hard the tape shows some growing, but you could see or feel some changes.
I read you were trying to quit smoking, that's important cause I read cigarettes block hormonal receptors. Eating clean it's also important.
When I started the BO program, I was just taking the pills for 5 months, during that time I could see some growing but what was more evident were the changes in my nips, they got darker and little bigger, I was a 32B not full, and during those five months I got a 32B full 32C. After the fifth month I got noogleberry system that I added to my BO routine, so I experienced more growing, reaching the 34D, I have to say that I increase like 12 pounds in my overall weight, but part of it was in my butt and breast. The overweight doesn't have to happen, I restarted again with my previous knowledge and I'm experienced growing without adding pounds .
So my recommendation is, quit smoking keep your BO program, add noogling or/and massaging, be positive, workout located, I mean workout the zones that you want to mold. Avoid long cardio sessions, try lifting, abs, resistant band. According to the pattern you say your body store fat and the acne problems, maybe you could check something related with insulin, cortisol, thyroid or testosterone imbalance.
Remember, be positive and have discipline!
