please help me!! BO min dosage and routine?

#1

HI ladies!!

I'm taking BO and coQ10 with bioperine since 24 may,2019(12th in my cycle)

in the morning, 1 swanson BO capsule (250mg), doctor's best coq10 with bioperine 1 capsule

in the night, same .

spearmint tea-- sometimes,
multi vitamins -- everyday

(I ordered pituitary glandular and GLA

I heard most womens usually take BO 1000mg-1500mg in a day

isn't my dosage sufficient?

and I started in luteal phase

but I don't know if I take it in my menstruation and follicular phase, too?

when I take BO, I have discharge in my virgina, sometimes I had a headache.

Now, headache got better.

but, nothing different.

Please advise which one is better to add Smile

and, if I take milk thistle, this effect is opposite with NBE, right?

I considering BO nipple cream, but does that affect to liver? I think it does't because it is superficial...

Hi!

To be in your first month I think your dosis is correct, you should slowly increase the dosis every month until you get the 1500 mg, that is approximately in the third month. Fourth month is off, just drinking milk thistle. This herb just has to be a part of the program when you’re taking the time off, it detoxifies the organism and clean it from hormonal excess.

Personally, I take them every day, don’t cycle it. The increase of discharge is an usual effect of the routine, but not sure about the headaches, maybe you naturally have high estrogen? Do you know if you’re estrogen dominance?
With the side effects you’re having I wouldn’t suggest an increase of the dosis, just keep it until your body get use to it.

I’d also suggest you check out the personal programs in this forum, there’s a lot of information and programs that could assist you as a guide.

Ok dear, if I were you I'll do the next:

Avoid completely sugars and bad carbs like bread. No sugar on drinks, coffee, desserts, etc. you have to be so estrict and I'd avoid bread, rice, potatoes, carrots and all the starches or highly natural sugar foods, you can find more information about those foods on Internet. (This part is to control your PCOS and re establish your hormonal system, sugars, starches and process food are the worst things for your system)

I wouldn't cycle the program and I'd add the pituitary, because all the expert sources that I've read always suggest take both together and during all month, and also because was the way I succeed.

I'd eat five times per day, adding snacks like plain Greek yoghurt full fat (no sugar or fruits), cheese, avocados, nuts, olives, almond butter, etc. add at least one egg, no more than two at breakfast every day, try no lactose milk, eat chicken, steak, fish with no hormones and antibiotics, eat vegetables like broccoli and all the greens you can find.
Find on Internet all the good fats sources, pick the ones you like and add them to your diet. Your system need cholesterol to make the hormones that will help you to increase breast size.

Think in add progesterone cream some days during your 14 to 21 day of your cycle

And, super important add massages or breast pumping to your routine.

Good luck dear!
