The UpBra has tiny silicone hearts in the cup to preve t the dreaded falling of one's boobs back into the bra.
So, I just took a bra and hot glued the I side of the cups and my boobs ain't going nowhere in this thing. Immediate difference. Even from when I had just adjusted it without the glue. Might even need to go up cup with this hack.

Yeah, it worked best on the first bra. I took strips and put them from the underwire to about halfway up the cup. The second bra I tried to do this to I tried to make it solid flat complete coverage on the sides and just underwire, and it didn't work as well. So I think close lying strips from underwire to about halfway up the cup is the best way (unless someone else finds a better way!).
