I really can hardly believe it.... (three week progress pics)

#1

I started this journey about three weeks ago, hoping to inflate my sad, sad flat breasts and sagging nipples a bit at the age of 39, after breastfeeding three kiddos. I went into this prepared for a long process, and cannot believe the difference three weeks has made!  The first picture was taken Jan 31st 2020. I was so bummed out even looking at it after taking it, but really wanted to document my progress.  The second pic is from Feb 23, 2020!  Feeling super inspired and daring to wish for a small C cup someday.... Hopefully this will be inspirational for a few. Smile

Using: exercise, massage with essential oils, a bit of pumping, fenugreek, maca, MSM, vitamin C, and just added in reishi extract and rhodiola

It would not let me post the front view pics at the same time, so....

Well, I started out (stumbling pretty blindly, but armed with herbal knowledge) with a 2000mg dose of fenugreek tincture 1-2x a day, and a sweet almond massage oil with a blend of essential oils (geranium, ylang ylang, clary sage, fennel, lemongrass, lavender), massaging whenever I got the chance for the first few days (maybe an half an hour to an hour a day total). Combined with some basic chest exercises once or twice a day, I saw growth and swelling within days!

At this point I also ordered some PM (with DIM) capsules and a basic breast pump, and started adding about 1000mg of the fenugreek extract directly to the massage oil I was using, as well as dosing up with a teaspoon or two of maca powder 1-2x a day, and a healthy dose of natural vitamin C from amla berries, and the swelling just kept increasing!

Now, upon starting the PM shortly thereafter, it seemed like some of the growth rapidly subsided. At this point with some deeper research about some of my past and present symptoms, I started to recognize the distinct possibility of low progesterone, and a likely low estrogen/estrogen dominance with too much testosterone. I stopped the PM, and instead added spearmint oil to the massage oil bend, and the occasional cup of spearmint tea, as well as adding in 1-2ml of reishi extract 1-2x a day. The swelling came back, plus some- yay!!

My pump arrived about this point, and now I had had time to research plenty of horror stories about them (yikes!) so I have been using it slowly and gently, never holding more than 5-10 minutes or so at a time, and being extra cautious.  It did absolutely nothing for the first week, but now two weeks in does actually seem to be helping to add shape and some tissue on the upper chest. I added in about a 1/2 teaspoon of MSM powder and 150mcg of iodine every day at this point also.

I was seeing some great definition starting at this point, so I ramped up the massages and exercise, and added in 500mg of rhodiola 1-2x a day as well. Now I just picked up a set of 10lb hand weights a few days ago to start a little heftier chest exercise.  Super excited to see where I can actually go with this!

Hoping after some of the symptoms of potential hormonal imbalance work themselves out with a bit of help from the adaptogens, I might be able to get start retaking and get some results from the PM.....

Suggestions always welcomed. Smile

Sounds like you are doing all the right things, especially listening to your body!
As for  noogling, I think the problem is more that people are in a hurry and try to suck out a D cup in two or three days.
If your session hurts then stop or reduce the pressure, stay away from your armpits, and drink lots of water. Use lots of lube/oil so that the domes are able to pull a lot of skin into the domes easily, as opposed to trying to stretch the first little bit of skin right under the dome.
Common knowledge says that 200 hours of pumping is what is needed before the swelling begins to 'stick' so to speak.
I think if you can noogle several times a day then you can take advantage of the previous swelling before it goes away.
Thats just my thought.

Hey there!
I have been using NOW brand, taking the recommended 1/2tsp (1.8g) 1-2x a day.  Smile

Update pics from a few days ago (about five weeks in)!

That’s amazing! Congratulations on your progress. I get my Noogleberry tomorrow. Are you still noogling? Do you have anymore progress pictures ? From everything I’ve read, it seems Noogleberry is more about fullness that outward growth but everyone is so uniquely different
