Hey me again! So my one day to be mother in law bought me a big box of acai berry herbal white tea and curious as I always am I decided to research white tea and its effects on estrogen production and came across some research that found green tea and white tea increase estrogen levels and that Asian women had higher levels due to their culture of daily tea drinking not sure if this is true evidence or not and am wondering of others opinions? I myself am proof that caffeine does not hinder breast growth in some as I have grown an inch over the last month and am a big coffee and caffeine in taker lol I am considering if my findings are true that I will start a nightly ritual of drinking this tea even if only for the antioxidant benefits of the acai berry. Thoughts?

Hi Bustyprincess! That’s interesting, I’ve read that in a study on rats green tea acted as an androgen blocker, I drink two cups daily with spearmint to keep my t-levels in check. The white tea is definitely worth it for the antioxidants alone!
I really hope you’re right about caffeine because that seems to be my biggest issue with NBE. I’ve been cutting down but I get horrible headaches if I don’t have at least one cup of coffee a day :/

I think tea is basically herb, u can brew any tea with herb.
and yes, a lot of tea has an effect on the hormone. e.g. green tea block DHT.
You can check Eve program, she drink different kind of herbal tea.
