So my growth has been amazing constant steady growth from my programme of aguaje, PM, fennel(now replaced with goats rue which has given me even more swelling in a matter of just 2 days!) and my massage routine with my diy herb infused oil mix I am busting out of even 36DDs now my nipples are popping out and Im getting cut into with the cup  " alt="" title=""> " alt="" title=""> , however I am curious the areola skin is very thin so it makes sense it would be more absorbent of hormones than the breast skin itself and I have been browsing the BO threads out of curiousity with the whole BO nipple cream amazing progress threads Ive seen!! I am curious if making a potent cream of pm capsules mixed in applying to nipple and covering would work?? Let me know your thoughts! Awesome! So I was thinking I have alil good quality korean Viva brand volufiline cream maybe I should mix alil in with it and apply to nipple after using my herb infused oil massage? Or should I mix with a basic moisturising cream? Thoughts?  " alt="" title="">

Yes it’s a good idea, i guess you should use pure Pm capsules and make a diy breast cream

UPDATE it doesnt work it merely gets gluggy like play dough and flakes off eventually so I will stick to my specific herb infused oil which has alot of PM, other herbs and fatty oils in it and has worked wonders. Maybe if I could get a PM extract I could apply it directly to areolas after my massage with oil  to really get the phytoestrogens in my boobs but we will see!

Hey! If you want to do transdermal intake aka nipple cream experiment, first, you have to mix the PM with a carrier that can be absorbed by the skin. Seems to be, aloe is the best option for it. In addition, you have to erase the keratin plug that is in our nipples: it acts like a barrier, preventing infections and so on - Ellen, MissMadScientist suggested to uso 70% alcohol as a keratin eraser and after that, put the mixture onto your nipples.

Yeah the breasts are so sensitive ugh! Also, in my opinion, if orally PM must be taken no more than 250mg daily, and keeping in mind the transdermal intake is higher than oral intake, start around 150mg and see how it goes - it's pure estrogen!

Hi again SweetO! Would using an oil like watermelon seed oil(one of the few best penetrative oils) work well instead of aloe vera or just aloe vera? I just dont have any at the moment
