Making your DIY pueraria cream

#1

Hey y'all! First thing to say: Happy New Year everyone! A bit late I know xD

So I am thinking into taking pueraria powder and convert it to a cream (I think aloe vera will be a good emollient Wink BUT after reading these threads https://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=14041&highlight=ainterol+spray  & https://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=12905&pid=59792#pid59792

I'm not sure if we must first make a tincture or a extract.

From these threads I understood extract but I found info in Spanish saying it's tincture (or maybe it's a mistake idk)

I am not an expert, so, any idea guys?

You would need to make a tincture first or better yet oil infusion, the powder alone mixed into an emollient wont penetrate and will just leave a dried sand texture over the skin with only the emollient absorbed. Oil will mix better with a cream than an alcohol based tincture.

Whatever you pick to extract it, a strainer followed by a coffee filter can get the herb out of it so there’s no longer any residue.  I’m sure there are many other ways too.  Extra liquid helps so when you toss out what’s stuck to the herb you lose a smaller portion.
