Sometimes I lose hope that NBE really works but really I need to remind myself how far it has gotten me.

Before:

• 32B
• Could not make cleavage even with extremely padded bras
• Wide set breasts
• Looks flat chested in clothing

After:

• 32D
• Can make cleavage with lightly padded bra
• Still wide set breasts but they look fuller near the middle
• Noticeable bumps in clothing

There is so much further that I want to go with my body but I need to remember my progress and journey. I have started NBE seriously in my mid 20s and it did more for me than puberty.

I hate to cry before 8am but in this case I am very happy too.
I think this thread should become a sticky at the top of the NBE forum.
So many have felt the same way but your outlook is very real, and full of hope with work.
