I’m on PM from 3 months,
No results at all (500mg from day 3 till day 12)
I’m an undeveloped AA cup (no matter how i weight)
Why is so difficult to me to gain growth?
I’m using biovea pm (i tried to purchase japanese pm but the custom denied it, wtf) i can t buy Good supplements in eu.
Please help

Are you taking calcium/milk with your PM? Are you massaging? PM alone with nothing else and no massage rarely yields any major results sometimes none at all, you need a good program not just one supplement nbe doesnt work like that, try adding herbs such as goats rue which builds breast tissue(since you are a AA), fenugreek oil massage, fennel, aguaje etc if all else fails possibly try the glandular route

Yes, i used goats rue before but after 5 months no results at all.
Maybe i can use SP, the only herb that gave me painful breast during lutheal.
I’m doing massage 15min each day.
After 3 months no results.
I whish i could have placenta

Hmmm I guess some things just dont work for others and then do work for some, honestly your only other route is glandular with/without pumping, try ovarian glandular from either swansons or source naturals Raw Female those gave me some growth but went back to herbs which gave me the original growth and no acne

I used bo but didint work for me, and alsoit’s diffiucult to purchase since no BO is already avaible in europe

Lotus suggested to use estrogenic herbs only in luteal phase. Have you tried to switch the method, therefore, start in day 12 until day 24 or so?

Gain weight in your breasts and lose weight on your legs/belly/butt. Try slimming creams lotions orscrubs or clay masks or whatever weight shedding technique you can find. Cold water on your fatter parts and warm water on yourbreasts to get the blood with weight gaining nutrients ln the right place.
Stop bad fats and sugar as much as possible!
Focus on diet too, and put some of your patience, positivity and most important believe in your program.

Yes, i lost a lot of weight but still dealing with stubborn fat in my legs/butt.
I’m in 4th cycle on pm but no results, i dont know where i’m wrong.
