Hi folks,
Gender-fluctuating genetic male here, wanting to feminise.
I've heard a lot about different herbs and decided to try some Saw Palmetto. I bought these tablets online. Is this dose (1000mg) too much to take daily?

That's the same age as my husband. He took Saw Palmetto for his prostate problem and now he's experiencing (unwanted) breast growth.

Is this because Saw Palmetto contains phytoestrogens?

No, in NBE the role of Saw Palmetto is to act as a DHT (testosterone) inhibitor.
