Anyone know any great alternatives to vitex (chaste berry)? I am on the pill and heard it’s not appropriate to take vitex while being on it. Any help is great! ?

Yes I heard the same, no vitex if you're on the contraceptive pill. I don't know what the best alternative would be, I haven't come across anything that I thought was a truly direct replacement for Vitex. Perhaps black cohosh.
