I have been keeping track of my progress (or lack thereof!) on the bosom buddeez group, but I thought I should write it down here as well.
Before I started with the BB I did the Flat2Fab / Greenbush program and Mirifem cream without any success whatsoever (6 months each). I was told that since I am a vegan I would have no success with herbs, so I gave that up and only do the BB. I also tried dowsing, but I got all different answers all the time so I gave that up after a few weeks. I have also tried different hypnosis, but never make it through a week of doing it - it's hard to find that time undisturbed. I do eat 1-2 tbsp of Omega 3 oil every day and I recently started taking 1500 PU (whatever unit that is?!)Papain and 1200 GDU (again: what is that unit?!)Bromelain 2 times / day.
I have been using the BB about one hour every day, missing occasional days only. Note that I only do this in the evening, as I don't have a chance to do it any other time in the day. From what I understand, people have more success doing it in the morning. Also, my stress levels continue to be high in spite of all efforts to scale down, which probably doesn't help...
1:st round, 11 weeks:
Ribs: before 29.5" after 30"
Bust: before 33" after 33.5"
Right 6", Left 6.5"
Weight: before 112, after 115 lbs
Before: 33" - 29.5" = 3.5", After: 3.5" NO CHANGE

Again, I had to do a break because of visitors!
I started up again Feb 18, but I already know I won't be able to finish this round as we're getting visitors in a few weeks again! I'll just keep doing the BB as much as I can, even if I have to do breaks now and then.
I decided to look into my thyroid as well as potoential hormonal imbalance, I have made an appointment with the dr in March and I'll see if I can get him to give me any hormone tests in additon to the thyroid test. I hope that treating the thyroid will not only help with growth but also with my extremely dry, itchy skin! My periods are also irregular, so once I've figured out my hormonal status I will consider vitex.
For the moment I'm only taking
1-2 tbsp / day Udo's choice veg. oil blend
250 mg L-tyrosin
150 mg CoQ10
and doing 1 hour of BB treatment daily

Hope you don't mind me posting here! I would suggest a long long session. I know it says to do 8 weeks then take a break but I'm going to do at least double that just as a trial. I would say ideally 6 months but if I've got no growth by end of May I'll need to do another round with Brava so I need to take a 3 month break first so will have to cut it short. I think it's better to have the break when the weather's too hot because I might have trouble sleeping with Brava on. I've been getting up at 4am to do 1 hour BB session then having a couple more hours sleep before work and then doing another 1 hour session when I get home.
Do you get big swelling?
Also do you look fat when your weight is nearer 110? Are you dieting? It seems you grow and then lose your gains with weight loss. I'm about 105-107 but have fat thighs which I need to work on...I'm so lazy! I was 135 this time last year and a cup size smaller so at least I'm heading in the right direction!

of course I don't mind! I was asking for some suggestions and sure enough, you're coming with some! I'm sorry for taking so long to reply though. I keep forgetting about this page.
Your dedication is amazing and you are getting great results, too! I wish so much that I had found this BEFORE I had kids and a husband who thinks this is a total waste of time. (yeah, I'm very grateful to have a husband who likes me the way I look, but I'm so tired of never filling up even an A cup bra!).
I answered some of your q's at bosom buddez but here they are again just in case:
*No, I don't get spectatular swelling. Anything between 1-2" at best.
*Do I look fat when I'm closer to 110 lbs? Well, my BMI has been between 17,3 and 19,1. I'm 5'5 so I'd rather be 115 lbs than 105 lbs, but the fat that I accumulate I get at my waist and butt - totally pear shaped!
My first round was 11 weeks and there was no change after 8 weeks, so I figured it's better to give the body a break. Perhaps I should try a mega long round if I can. It's an idea. We'll see.

Pumping with the NB:
"Kudzu on the NB forum gave a detailed description of the
pumping technique that worked for her. I personally think pump as
hard as you can, then release, then pump again maybe 10 times each
time holding for a count of 20 or something (you can then work up on
this), then airlock slightly tighter than comfortable for 30 mins,
pump up and down again, airlock again, pump up and down again....and
relax!"

Also check out the other girls' suggestions for vegan proteins. Have you seen a doctor about the glucose intolerance? Maybe they could give you metformin like I take?
You might want to copy and paste the other pumping tips here too from the NB forum, it's a good idea to put in your program page so you can find them later - I'm going to do the same with some of the herb info from Eve, don't think anyone minds!

I was getting sooo frustrated as I wasn't even filling up the large dome, I had very little swelling 1" or so that only lasted an hour or so. I think it was about this time last year that I was often filling up the Large domes and I was in the process to get into the XL, an attempt that didn't work out. (I simply didn't get much swelling,
Last night I retorted to my old and so far most successful technique:
20-30 minutes of "suck" setting at maximum suction. That is almost painful and the boobs get all purple, but I end up filling the domes. Yay! After I fill up I disconnect the BB to get rid of the buzzing sound and suck the air with my mouth. I have ordered the airlock from NB - can't wait to get it!
I also started the hypnos program with Wendi Friesen - we'll see how long I'll keep it going this time...
I'm also doing Pilates / Yoga dvd for 20-30 minutes 3-5 times / week.
I've added pea / rice protein drinks 1-2 times / day.
Current measurements:
Ribs 31"
Breast 35", swelling 36" - 36,5", back to 35" in the morning
Waist 33"
Hips 37,5"
Now it's easter time, which means that we're getting friends and family that stays over = people around me all the time = extremely difficult to manage to pump! We'll wee if I manage to do any secret mouth suction sessions in the bathroom...

Also check out the other girls' suggestions for vegan proteins. Have you seen a doctor about the glucose intolerance? Maybe they could give you metformin like I take?
You might want to copy and paste the other pumping tips here too from the NB forum, it's a good idea to put in your program page so you can find them later - I'm going to do the same with some of the herb info from Eve, don't think anyone minds!

I have been using the BB about one hour every day, missing occasional days only. Note that I only do this in the evening, as I don't have a chance to do it any other time in the day. From what I understand, people have more success doing it in the morning. Also, my stress levels continue to be high in spite of all efforts to scale down, which probably doesn't help...

I was getting sooo frustrated as I wasn't even filling up the large dome, I had very little swelling 1" or so that only lasted an hour or so. I think it was about this time last year that I was often filling up the Large domes and I was in the process to get into the XL, an attempt that didn't work out. (I simply didn't get much swelling,
Last night I retorted to my old and so far most successful technique:
20-30 minutes of "suck" setting at maximum suction. That is almost painful and the boobs get all purple, but I end up filling the domes. Yay! After I fill up I disconnect the BB to get rid of the buzzing sound and suck the air with my mouth. I have ordered the airlock from NB - can't wait to get it!
I also started the hypnos program with Wendi Friesen - we'll see how long I'll keep it going this time...
I'm also doing Pilates / Yoga dvd for 20-30 minutes 3-5 times / week.
I've added pea / rice protein drinks 1-2 times / day.
Current measurements:
Ribs 31"
Breast 35", swelling 36" - 36,5", back to 35" in the morning
Waist 33"
Hips 37,5"
Now it's easter time, which means that we're getting friends and family that stays over = people around me all the time = extremely difficult to manage to pump! We'll wee if I manage to do any secret mouth suction sessions in the bathroom...
