::::::: My instructions for NBE success :::::::::::::::::::
- 10 to 20 min of daily massage followed by chicken feet soup right after. The speed of your massage depends upon you, I do mine fast in about 10 min, sometimes 15.
- NBE food, include as many NBE foods as possible, avoid the cold/bad foods, it's ok if you have 1-2 bad foods in your diet, but that's it.
- Eliminate bad habits: Sleeping late, Alcohol, smoking, drugs, processed foods, fried/canned foods. Cook your own healthy food.
- Positive affirmations/positive attitude/hypnosis/meditation: Do this daily, preferably right after massage/food for about 5 min.
- Visualize/imagine your breasts growing AS you massage.
My growth came from 30% food, 30% massage, 30% hypnosis, and 10% positive attitude, you need all 4 for fast and steady growth. If you don't like the term "hypnosis", just say meditation, visualize your breasts growing and you must 'see' it in your mind as well as repeating affirmative phrases.

Puberty/period: Breasts started and stopped growing at 14-15, got my period at 15 (My period is off by a few days every month)
Hormones: I don't have any hormonal problems that I'm aware of, I've taken some tests and show no symptoms.

Exercise: Yes, I work out my arms, thighs/butt, and stomach every other day with a protein shake right after

Bad habits: I sleep really late, I don't eat on time which is not good since I'll starve in one hour and next I'll be stuffing myself close to bed time. Some days I've missed my massages and chicken feet soup, amazingly, it didn't affect my growth.

Food:
Grains: Total 4 servings
- Oatmeal (1 cup of uncooked oat = 2 cooked servings)
- Rice (1 cup uncooked rice = 2 cooked servings)
Meat: Total 3 servings
- Seafood: Sardines or shrimp (3-6 oz daily)
- Eggs: 1 daily
- Chicken feet: 3-4 feet daily (I eat the broth + the meat, tendons and knuckles, anything edible)
Fruit: Total 3-4 servings
- Bananas: 2-3 daily
- Unripe Papaya: about 1/5 of a medium sized unripe papaya or 4-5 inch cut cubes of unripe papaya and cook it into soup which I eat after dinner (By the way, papaya and seabass DONT MIX, I commend the girls who can manage to eat the two together but to me it tastes disgusting, so I eat seafood in one meal and papaya soup as a treat/desert)
* Other fruit choices good for health and NBE: Avocado, pomegranate,
Vegetables: Total 1 servings so far (Soon will be 8-10 servings for health)
- Asparagus: 4-6 spears daily (Put a tiny amount of water in pot/pan and toss the spears in boiling water and leave for 30-40 seconds with lid on. Then immediately put the spears in ice-cold water (Use a pot or any container that can contain ice-cold water), and leave in for 1 min, then remove. This shocks the asparagus from cooking any further and preserves nutrients. Drink the cooking water as it contains at least 30% of nutrients from asparagus leeching into water.
* I am adding more veggie servings this week, that should include: Wild yams OR Naga, whichever one is cheaper. Tremella, Cilantro, Dulse seaweed, sunflower seed sprouts, broccoli sprouts (These are for health benefits rather than NBE, but coincidentally they are also great for NBE so it's a win-win for me ;-). By the way, I'm doing sprouts because they are 100x more nutritious than fully blossomed vegetables.

- MSM - 8000 MG daily

- Warm up rotations using fingers around breasts - Put fingers around breasts, not too far away from nipples but not too close either (Left fingers for right breasts, right fingers for left breasts): About 25 rotations
- Knuckle circles around breasts (Read fengshui's explanation), I do knuckle circles about 5 times on each spot until my whole breasts has been covered, that could be a total of 60 knuckle rotations in total. In short: Clench fist, use the middle knuckles of hand, not the knuckles you use when punching someone but the knuckles in the middle of your fingers, start in the middle using both hands (Right knuckles for right breasts, and left knuckles for left breasts), and do 5 rotations pushing in deep into the tissue and massage the tissue with 5 circular motions with knuckles, then once you're done move around the breasts to areas where you haven't done this and repeat. Should be 50-60 knuckle rotations in total.
- Fengshui's pressure massages (You can find this explanation in the massage section as well): About 25 on big breast, and 35 on the smaller breasts (I do them very hard and have bruises but it doesn't hurt lol)
- The final part which isn't included anywhere. Once you're done massaging your breasts you squeeze your breasts. This is my favorite part and I am always excited to do them lol. First, the inside squeezes: Use both hands, grab your breasts and squeeze and pull on them them until you reach your nipples and let go, don't squeeze the nipples. Do this 10 times. Remember when I say "squeeze/pull" it means as you squeeze and pull on your breasts your hand is moving away from your breasts and your fingers/claws are moving in closer to the nipple, sort of liek you're trying to pick up your breasts and it's stuck to your chest so you're using force with your fingers to pick it up and out. If it makes it better to visualize then pretend that you're trying to pull your breasts off using your claws/fingers surrounding your breasts). Then the outside squeezes: Use the left hand and grab the right breast and place your right wrist above the left hand just to add more force and assist your left hand with the grabbing. Now grab as much fat surrounding the right breasts as you can and squeeze/pull until you reach the nipple area and let go, do this 5 times, then repeat with the other side. Use right hand for left breast, and place the left wrist right on top of the right hand and push in to add more strength then squeeze/pull 5 times. Then the upper squeeze: Use both your hands to squeeze your breasts but place your hands so that your fingers are reaching upwards towards your upper part of breasts, and the wrist should be right below the breasts, this squeeze might be a little more painful, but here, do the same thing, grab the meat breasts as far out as you can reach and squeeze/pull them until you reach your nipples, do this 5 times. Then the lower squeeze: Place your hands on the opposite direction with fingers facing down touching your bottom breasts and wrists resting on top of breasts, repeat the squeeze/pull 5 times. That's a total of 25 squeezes in all directions.
Meditation/hypnosis/visualization:
- Immediately after I massage/eat, I lay down on my bed, close my eyes and say to myself "My breasts are growing bigger", and repeat that many times while actually seeing the image of myself with bigger breasts in my head. Saying the phrase itself won't work, you have to be able to see the picture of yourself in your 'new' body. You need to reprogram your subconscious mind to re-create your body, in other words you need to create a new blueprint in your mind in order for a new look to be created. This applies to anything else: Hair growth, lash growth, height growth, weight loss.

Massage pointers:
- Remember to use oil, any kind of oil, but most recommended is oil that doesn't absorb too fast as you'l have to reapply too fast. I use baby oil.
- Remember that whatever you do, do it hard, and firm. The slap-grab breasts explained in fengshui's, if you do it right, your breasts should be turning red from the increased blood circulation. Slap it hard and grab it hard but be careful not to grab the nipples as this is done very fast and I've accidently squeezed my nipples before, and it hurts like a M-F lol. WHen using pressure points, make sure when you push your breasts using knuckles to also dig deep into the tissue while pushing the tissue in whatever direction is explained in Fengshui's massage. It will be really uncomfortable at first, and might even hurt for some of you, but then it goes away after about 2 weeks.
- Look in the mirror while you massage to make sure you're pushing your knuckles in the right direction and that it's correctly aligned.
Important food pointers:
- Minerals are so important for NBE, eat food rich in minerals
- Gelatin/Collagen: Eat food full of it.
- Eat high protein food, I weigh 100 and get about 50 g of protein, that's half of my body weight. When I gain weight and weigh around 130lb I'll be consuming at least 90-100 g of protein since I also work out.
- Eat very healthy, stay away from processed/canned/deep fried food, cook at home using smart techniques that preserves nutrients
- Eat smart, the girls eating chicken feet soup eat about 4 feet per soup a day, they weigh around 110-130. I think the reason why I had growth so fast was because I ate 4 feet just like them, but I only weigh 100lb's, so I get more collagen per lb that I weigh. In short, Increase your chicken feet intake according to your body weight, play around with the serving size. Same goes for soy, or anything else you take.
