Hi Dunny,

Hope you don't mind me posting on here, I've had a read of what Detralex is for - do you take it mfor 'medical problems' or does it have some booby purpose? The other ingredients sound like it might have anticoagulant side effects so I probably couldn't take it anyway but always interested to hear about anything new.

I don't mind anybody posting on here with questions or well-intentioned comments and advice. the detralex is actually for the hemorrhoids, which, in chinese medicine view, causes me to leak energy... and i need all the extra energy i got, for the breast growth! so it affects BE only indirectly. since its main active ingredient is diosmin, an isoflavonoid, i imagine it shouldn't impede my progress...

a bit depressed and broken-out lately (though things looking well on the boob front); looks like i need to get my protein from mostly non-soy sources

reduced soy; biggest boobs about a week ago; period started on saturday. had some shrinkage which started even before the period, evidently experiencing "droopy chi" again (posture with over-exaggerated lower back bend + stomach sticking out. was slacking off on the specific qigong exercises that qigong teacher suggested for this problem. kept them up over the last 2 days; have had a bit of regain, though still on the rag (5th day).

* !!!! again reminding to myself that daily qigong is crucially important for this process !!!! *

qigongs specifically helpful in BE:
*gateway to natural breathing*
*waking up to the sun*
*inward wrist/waist circles* (one-sided embracing the world)
*embracing the world*
*rotating the chi ball* while focusing on the armpit to chest transition area

questions - answers
- for best overall health, and quickest, healthiest, most lasting BE, taking a break starting beginning of next cycle
- continuing to take multivit, calcium, acidophilus throughout the break
- taking a break from mood herbs for: 1 cycle
- complete break from BE herbs: 1 cycle ( *** will double-check this *** )
- introduce BE herbs gradually, using herbs selected from ones i'm using now, but using fewer of them
- gradually reintroduce IBS sups (candida clear, triphala, garlic) during the second cycle

staying off soy, for the most part; still a good deal of skin allergy - supposedly it takes a while to clear it out of the body... possible allergy to tomatoes as well, as suggested by the chinese doc.

overall evidence of stalling; glad break is coming up soon as i think at this point there's definitely a build-up of various herbs in my body that seem to be clogging my system.

took measurements today, on breath out around 30" under and 33" over. seems that i def went _down_ a band size (which i don't mind at all.. my back is less muscular now and there are fewer chronic torso tensions), and went up maybe half a cup size... not too bad a result for now.

all indications that i'll grow (possibly as much as over a cup-full in 2 months) over the break. looking forward to it.

hmmm actually one more dose on monday after skipping sunday.. and one more on wednesday. reaallly reaaaaallllyy tapering this.
doing mostly okay on the taper so far (mostly concerned with moodiness etc). not so much moody (although a bit of that, to be sure) more lethargic. not a good time to be lethargic as lots of work to do this month... blah.

so ended up not taking the last two doses spoken of in the last post... taper is going ok. haven't had luck dowsing new routine yet.

ok, the sup to add with the start of the next cycle is licorice, at 2 caps/day for 2 cycles. also to make sure i get enough vitamin D
 























this cycle has been medium-size (med for me that is); not a very full B most of the cycle except for maybe a week after the period when it was more like an A. not sure whether i'll start a 'real' program again at the beginning of the next cycle (in a few days) or wait another full cycle.
