Hi just wondering if a person should avoid caffeine while taking Bovine Ovary?? I have read with lots of products to avoid caffeine and wasn't sure if Bovine Ovary is the same..

The whole avoid caffeine during nbe is a myth many including myself have grown well even with drinking caffeinated soda and coffee daily, the same goes for when I tried BO. The only thing Id say to look out for is that BO tends to give alot of girls acne they never had.
