Well all my subscribed threads and forums have disappeared again.
I have resubscribed to the groups but the threads i was following are lost unless you guys can figure out how to get them back for me.
How does this happen?

The email notifications were being returned from your email address (bounced) which eventually leads to your subscriptions expiring.

Do you have any help on where I can look to turn off this block?
I have been through my firefox setting and didnt see anything that jumped out.

Can you check that everything is OK with your email address now. Is it accepting mail normally, as far as you know?

yes all is good with getting email.
I have no clue why you would have been blocked.
