For me, more than 45mg means = super cravings , zombie all day long & dreaming a lot. Sometimes good things, sometimes not haha. Right now I am sticking to 15 and prior to my period 30mg (if I don't do this I barely sleep dumb anxiety)

Also Lotus you wouldnt happen to know anything about akpi seed aka djangsan? Africans swear by it for increasing butt and breast size as its high in fats and phytoestrogens, Ive been trying to find more info on it but cant find much it sounds very interesting! Oh and if you remember my question about dandelion root Im still super curious how it would work in my program or if it wouldnt be beneficial for me

Like two years ago when I was looking for a good zhi-mu extract source I came across with Akpi. I haven't tried it but there's a lot of sellers on Etsy and I remember there was a seller called something like 2MBodyHairshop that made AKPI + fennel or fenugreek oil to massage breast/butt area.

I guess zhi-mu and akpi do the same thing, x2 fat cells or whatsoever.

I saw her shop too! Hmm interesting maybe its something to look into next time as Ive just bought the infamous "Doom soap" which is very popular in Asia for breast plumping so we will see how it goes, thanks lovely!

The cravings are something else right!? Almost like you havnt eaten for days!! I actually do this, I take half in morning, half in afternoon and half at bed time no major drowsiness and this way I have way less anxiety through the day which is when its at its worst! Thankfully I havnt put anymore weight back on infact Ive lost an extra kilo and kept my gains so fingers crossed! Thanks beautiful you are so kind just been going through it tough dealing with my body dysmorphia its been not so good lately to say the least....

Im getting super conflicting info about akpi as some sellers are selling the cream as testosterone enhancers so guess Ill steer clear of it just incase

Hang in there!! I know dealing with your own thoughts and knowing your mind plays with you is a huuuuge battle. But you are more than a body, always always keep that in mind. And be kind with yourself, you are doing your best . Hopefully the meds will help you with the anxiety as well sooner or later too <3

T enhancer? I always have seen ads about this for E enhancer, since makes your fat cells bigger (?) Oh

Thanks Lotus!! Definitely seems theres much more research to be done on it so for now Ill steer clear of it just incase! Aww Sweets you are so kind and lovely thank you   Im slowly but surely getting out of my dark place its a battle for sure always on and off with body dysmorphia and it can hit you out of nowhere the sad thing is its untreatable with medication etc not something theyve done much research on in regards to treatment, and yes!! Its crazy I saw it marketed as a penis and testosterone enhancer lmao so who knows!!   its very conflicting but maybe it works differently on natal females and unfortunately being trans it may adversely affect us in ways we dont want even if you have had the full surgery like myself just never know so Im gunna steer clear of it for now till further research comes out about it! For now there are other things I could add to my next batch of oil including zhi mu powder or even mangosteen peel extract which does similar and is found in a very popular high end breast enhancer cream here in Australia called freezeframe which claims to enhance the appearance and fullness of your bust by up to a full cup size in just 56 days! Ive used it before but didnt stick with it as I didnt like the smell its very chemically smelling

Thanks Lotus   finally getting peaceful sleep! I also just got my hops which apparently helps with anxiety too so hopefully that works synergistically with mirtazipine
