Would estroven be useful for breast enhancement? It's meant for the menopause but as it contains estrogen would it not be helpful for breast development.

Estroven doesn't contain estrogen, even if its name seems to suggest so. It's actually rhubarb root, so I don't think it would be of any use in NBE.
