Starting my own NBE adventure

Alright, so I picked up the herbs I could from Walmart. Saw palmetto, EPO, Flaxseed Oil, L-lysine, and Gelatin capsules for Collagen. The Saw Palmetto is 450mg, Flaxseed is 1000mg, EPO is 1000mg I believe, lysine is 500mg and the Gelatin caps are 1300mg. I am 21, 5' 0 and roughly 125lbs. (although I'm trying to drop to 115 or so) I'm on desogen birth control, although I plan on switching at the end of this month. I am a full A/small B. I am aiming for a full B/C. I've been trying to put together a plan with these herbs and so far I've got:

4x1000mg Flaxseed: Two morning, Two night
4x1000mg EPO: Two morning, Two night
6x450mg Saw Palmetto: Two morning, Two afternoon, Two night
6x500mg L-lysine: Two morning, Two afternoon, Two night
2x1300mg Gelatin caps: One morning, one night.

I will also be receiving a two month supply of Zoft around the 10th so I will be adding that soon as well. I'm not supplied well enough to make a boobie batter, but I do massage often. I don't really have a massage down pat, I just kinda rub circles and/or grab and hold like fifty or so times then sit by my space heater. So, this is what I've got so far and I would very much appreciate any advice or critiques to help further my progress. Thanks!

Been chewing zoft for three days now, no difference yet. At least...nothing big. Changed the herb routine too. 2 EPO morning/night, 2 flaxseed oil morning/night, 1 SP morning/night, 1 gelatin morning/night and one L-lysine morning/night. I know that makes the doses super small, but I don't want to overkill right away. This way my body can get used to the new influx of vitamins and such. Massage at night with 3 caps of EPO, 3 caps of FO, and one cap of SP. I haven't had any sensations yet but sometimes it feels as though they might be a bit fuller. Especially in the morning.

Also started to eat lots and lots of edamame, its so good anyway! Thinking about whipping up some chicken feet soup, just need to find an appetizing recipe.

Over bust: 33
Under bust: 29
Aiming for 34 or 35 measurement! (:

Measured 34" twice around the bust today, but that simply can't be right because I don't even completely fill out a B yet. 34" would put me at a small C cup. Hopefully that's not too far off though. Six days on Zoft so far, massage about 5-10 minutes everyday with EPO/Flax oil with a capsule of SP emptied in to it. Breasts are noticeably fuller, feel heavier. Super sore, I think from massaging. AF should be here within a couple days though, so we will see.

They seem as though they've shrunk a bit, but AF came. Starting Lo Estrin 24 this coming cycle, I hope the hormone change won't affect things too much. I still think they're a bit bigger than normal and so far they've swelled a lot, until AF came. Aches and itchiness are frequent but not intense. Almost two weeks in.

a zoft gum girl. now i must follow your progress. by the way, i guess since i have been gone for a while, i don't remember what "AF" is. could you remind me though i may remember as soom as i post this :] good and glad growing to you!

Thanks! Happy booby growing to you as well. (: So far, I like zoft. I'm on my fourth pack, so it has been 20 days, almost 3 weeks. I haven't noticed any BIG changes yet, but I must say that they do look different, and the tape measures tells me that there is an extra .5 inch and they're definitely fuller. I'm on vacation with the fam right now so I'm not able to take the herbs or massage consistently until I get back around the second. Still can chew zoft regularly though, which I appreciate. I'll probably see if I can find some fenugreek down here, so I can have decent doses of both SP and FG. Will also make a batch of chicken foot soup when I get back. I have a feeling that the collagen will make a difference. Oh, and AF stands for aunt flow, to indicate where you are in your cycle.

New Years Res: Lose 5 lbs. but get to a small C cup by June! Blush

What kind of massage did you incorporate into your routine?

Uh, well I read Tigerlily's and Feng Shui's massages and kinda just made up one front that. I break an EPO capsule, a flax oil capsule and a Saw Palmetto capsule and use that as my oil. I use three or four fingers and massage around the breast clockwise.Down the middle, up the sides. ~5min. I then use my knuckles to make little circles, going the same way. ~5min. Then I grab and release, or kind of pinch from the outside to the middle. Lastly, I sit in front of my space heater for ten minutes since I don't have a heating pad.

Added 1 FG/610mg a day, and one WY/405mg a day in hopes of adding a bit more boost to the zoft. Still on vacay so no measurements, will find a way to sneak off and massage today. I'll probably use a fenugreek cap instead of SP today. Added 300 chi rotations, working up to 360. My arms get tired! Boobs will appear really full or completely normal at any given point in the day. I do however, feel as though its working. Random aches throughout the day.

I used to get super tired too! but I found it helpful to do 3 sets of 120 and stretch my arms upwards and back in between sets Smile
