Yes it's true that bee pollen contains phytoestogens, but I still don't think it's a good supplement for NBE, simply because there are better sources of phytoestrogens.
I don't want to come across as negative about bee pollen because it's known to have several health benefits, but I don't think it's the best choice for breast growth.

I think pollen for breast growth is real, but only a small number of women seem to have grown by taking pollen alone.

That's true, but it doesn't contain a high level of phytoestrogens. Recently I saw a TV show which looked at the excitement about pollen on social media and had done a contents analysis to shed some light on the claims being made. The result was yes it does contain phytoestogens, but it's not a significant source of them.

We should probably give pollen more credibility than we have done in this thread so far, because it really isn't just those people on TikTok who have used it for breast growth. Looking back through the forum, the earliest references I can find to pollen go back as far as 2006, so we can honestly say that we were there first. Or the people who were using the forum in those days were there first.

Well yes it's true, this forum was a long time ahead of TikTok in using bee pollen for breast growth, 17 years in fact, so on that basis we shouldn't be dismissive of it.

There is a difference though. People in this forum who have taken pollen over the years have always done so as part of a breast growth program, meaning one supplement amongst several, whereas those influencers on TikTok have been taking pollen alone.

I would defend pollen on this point, because I don't believe it generally causes acne. It may result in acne breakouts for a few women, but then the same thing happens with many other breast enhancement herbs. In most cases these herbs are actually beneficial for acne, but there are always a few women who get an opposite reaction. So I don't think pollen should get a bad reputation for this reason.

I don’t think bee pollen/propolis/royal jelly themselves do anything for NBE. I’ve used Egyptian Magic (brand name, contains all 3) for over a decade on my whole body after I shower and STOPPED using when I started NBE in favor of other oils. My boobs didn’t grow at all in that time (outside of pregnancy in which they deflated smaller than they were before). I also regularly add bee pollen & royal jelly to fruit smoothies, and have for years 15+ years. Didn’t do anything to my boobs. It may support NBE, it has many benefits for the body, never made mine grow. I think the people tiktoking about it are doing so their acct goes viral bc women will try anything to get the body they want
