I’ve heard stories where taking Fenugreek & PM leads to estrogen dominance. Not sure if this true but is it ok to take both?

Usually PM isn't taken with other herbs such as fenugreek because it can overload you. I know that some women have done it, but it's not the typical way of doing things.

PM alone can prove to be very potent for some women, that's the issue here. It's a good idea to be cautious about taking other herbs with it, at least to start with.
