Is 17 too young to be taking herbs?

#1

I'm 17 and I'm a 34A. Most people say that breast size depends on genetics, but my mother is a full C cup and so how come I'm not a C cup too or at least a B by now? Still I've heard that you don't reach your final breast size until about age 20 or 21, so do I have a good chance of growing a cup size at least within the next 3 or 4 years or would this be a waste of time and I should just try NBE now? But that's assuming that 17 isn't too young to be taking herbs which is what I really don't know. Thanks to everyone who contributes to this forum by the way, it's great to have a community like this.

Hi honey! First off if you are a bio female then yes 17 might be alil too early for you to try anything estrogenic like herbs(plant estrogens) as you are still very much in your puberty stage and we wouldn't want to mess with that in your situation, however there are other natural NBE things you can try that arent estrogenic such as massage with a good fatty acid oil like borage oil, olive oil, almond oil etc etc which is completely non estrogenic(just fyi I wouldn't take borage oil internally as it's very high in omega 6 which whilst we need this too much is inflammatory and will cause acne) you can also take things like a good all round protein shake with all the amino acids(any good protein shake will do aslong as it's high in protein and contains amino acids like arginine and so on), a good womens multivitamin, collagen supplements etc, now onto the note bout breast size and genetics, just because your mother is a C cup doesn't necessarily mean you will attain this as breast size genetics can come from either side of the family so I would look at the women in your father's side of the family aswell as this is where I got my breast size genetics from as my mother's side all have smaller breasts. I hope this helps you! Also think of your diet making sure you get lots of good fats, protein and so on! Try looking up some of SurferJoes recommendations here albeit the hormonal side I would keep away from for now to be on the safe side  Heart massage is really a key part in most people's success stories it was for me, so if anything take massage as a big thing to do.

Hello Jas

Like you, I was a late bloomer.
I was born a genetic female, but couldn't really tell so.
As I aged, my features grew more masculine. I checked out Breast Nexus and found a routine that works for me.
I agree with Madame Busty. Estrogen infusion, be it herbal or chemical, is not a good idea for 17 years old.
Side note, I like the massage part of the process.

Not sure what you mean by chemical, I was merely meaning she is a bio female unlike us and identifies as such so wouldn't want to mess with her puberty, otherwise if we are talking transition then everyone knows doing so pre puberty is far more beneficial than much later.

I hadn't heard that before. It reminded me of something I was told by someone I work with, who's aged 23 and a DD bra size. She said her breasts were like that when she was 15.

She must have been very popular at school!

Well she did say that she got a lot of unwanted attention. But I'm 24 and my A cups haven't grown since I was 15 either, so I don't think that stopping growing at that age is anything unusual.

Not reaching your final breast size until 20 or 21 is really hard to believe. I suspect that the vast majority reach their final size by 17 or 18 at the latest. Of course this 'final size' that we speak of isn't necessarily your final breast size at all, as many good members of this forum have shown us over the years.

Thank you for the replies, but I don't think I'm still in puberty. I've had my period since I was 14.

I don't think I'm going to grow anymore, without help. I'm feeling more certain about that now.

If 17 is considered too young to be taking herbs, how old should you be?
