I took PM because one person recommanded it,although I know PM makes my period messy and take some herb.
So I spotted in midcycle, and I don't know how to do deal with it.
I took only milkthistle now, and considered using PC.
but I can't see any improvement, now.
please help me!!!
Is it only a way to go to the doctor?

It can take up to  2 weeks for a herb like PM to completely clear the body.

Well 3 days would be enough for it not to show up in a blood test, which is probably what you heard. To completely clear the body you would need the full 2 weeks.

There is actually a clinical study on this, carried out in Thailand, which I found quite by accident. The finding of the study was that the components of pueraria mirifica showed up in a urine test conducted 3 days after the dosage was taken, but were only present at a low level.
