Well it gives you more scope to vary the amount you're taking, but otherwise no. Unless you're keen to adjust your dosage I would say that capsules are more convenient.

Capsules are more convenient, but powder is a lot cheaper.

i would say that powder is less convenient but far more better because they often add additives in capsules and some additives are not healthy.
