I got a question, so in the general forum, I posted a thread to check my current and first programs (which I called routines) for feedback and no one has responded yet to them. Is Personal Programs the right forum for program checks and tweaks?

I think most people read posts in any area. As you notice there are many specific areas for particular methods/concerns. I don't really have any expertise in herbs etc. But it is my observation that pills alone provide temporary swelling which goes away when you stop taking them. In my opinion they most important thing for NBE is massage with oil. Everybody seems to have their favorite oil and they all seem to work, I recommend almond oil. Massage plus herbs is much better than massage by itself. If you want to take fenugreek or pueraria mirifica I suggest applying topically on your breasts with the oil, not taking pills. You can buy fenugreek as an oil and pueraria mirifica in spray bottle. Lastly imho, you should consider pumping, this will accelerate the process. I stress that this is in addition, not by itself.
If you intend to document your progress over a long time, it should be in the Personal section.
