newbie needs help (herbs) for how long and what dose??

Hiii, I need some help
 
I decided to to start a herb NBE program inspired by surferjoe2007 post and by chiyomilk's program (saw the main ingredients of the herbs/supplements and when to take them during the menstrual cycle). 
I bought the herbs and signed up for a gym membership to develop my pectoral muscles. 
I also planned to do regular massages.
I was just wondering: how long can should I take the herbs for so the results stay permanent when I stop.
I don't know if I can keep taking the herbs on the long term. 
The pills and the supplement worth for two month (or maybe more) approximately costed me 500$. 
I know there's ways to make it cheaper but I wanted the best results possible.
Is there ways to maintain them on low dosage/less herbs after a certain time?


Here's the program I planned:

Follicular phase: end of menstruation to ovulation
-alternated days
day 1: 300mg Pueraria mirifica
day 2: 100mg Pueraria mirifica, 400mg vitex, 80mg black cohosh, 1 TBSP maca powder, 100mg CoQ-10, 1/2 tsp royal jelly, lactic acid (probiotic)


luteal phase: ovulation to start of menstruation 
-menauposal supplement pill: 400mg red clover extract, 170 mg black cohosh, DIM 100mg, raspberry extract 50mg, wild yam 25mg 
-500mg fenugreek seed extract
-400mg vitex
-160mg saw palmetto

whole cycle:
-400mg sheep placenta
-5g fish collagen or 11g bovine collagen 

I am curently a small B (32B) and hope to get to a C or even more. 
I am aware that building muscles is important since my boobs are not round and mostly flat on the top side of the areolas.
I was also wondering if anyone have heard of corrective bra???

I am a total newbie so anything would help. Any info or adjustment to my plan.

Yes absolutely there is. After you've stopped growing or don't want to grow anymore, you can go to a maintenance dose of the herbs which is much less than what you would have been taking before and will help to make sure than you generally don't lose the growth you have achieved. It's certainly not recommended that you continue to take your full program in the long term.

I took a maintenance dose of herbs for exactly a year. It was 40% of the quantity of herbs I'd previously been taking.

Thank you so much for your response. 
You took low maintenance dose after a year of doing your regular program. That's great. 
Do you feel like your results are pretty stable?

I also added 1000mg of MSM daily (is everyday too much??)
any infos about the doses also helps. I have no idea if its too little or too much.

Yes it's been 19 years since I reached my present size (which is a C cup), so having had my results last for that long I think it's fair to call them stable. Smile

You definitely want to take it every day. Consistency is usually important in taking supplements.

I think 1000mg is fine. You can certainly take more and at one point I was taking 2400mg, but I was getting some bloating at that time which I eventually figured out must be caused by the MSM. I cut down to 1600mg which was much better for me.
