So I'm trying to following a modified version of surferjoe2007's program which includes using 2000 IU of Vitamin D and Vitamin B12. Im doing 3000 mg of Omega 3 fatty Acids through 10000 mg of Fish Oil and 6000 mg of MSM too daily. I'm going to incorporate the nutritional mix in my diet.
What other nutrients are vital for nbe and glute growth besides the above listed vitamins and protein?

Hi realistically if you aren't getting enough D vitamin a 5000IU per day is great it actually helps free up estrogen so it is used(look to Lotus threads there's a science behind it all)
I personally can't take straight up B12 as it increases my anxiety, however one thing to note is Iron is very important, for me I am always low in iron and one thing I've noticed whenever I take a course of it is my boobs gets fuller I'm honestly not sure about the science behind that but might be worth taking

I don't know what vitamins and minerals I'm low on, I should probably take a test to see, but supplementing on Vitamin D and Iron is always a good idea. I didn't know that B12 can causes anxiety to increase, I think I'm OK while using it, but I guess everyone is different.
