Hello, I'm new here. Need advice!

#1

Hello I tried to read what other people stated in this forum, I’m honestly shocked at first. I thought this would “blow up” going mainstream considering how most people tend to say the only way to get bigger breast is through surgery but it seems like that’s not the case.

Anyways my goals are to increase both breast and areola size.

So it seems like at first you need to keep your nutrition in check. (Basing this off SurferJoe2007 post) Assuming you have that in check, do you jump on herbs immediately or do you run a full panel first to have a benchmark before you start taking herbs?

Do you just take do you just take 3,000 mg MSM and fenugreek or shatavari extract every day you slowly work yourself up and until you reach 900-1200 mg. And that’s it. (Pretty much just take those 2 supplements, eat healthy, exercise do weights and hope for the best?)

There’s a ton of people who have stated PM or pueraria mirifica have worked some say it did temporarily while others said it shrank them. There’s also progesterone or some say it’s PC (progesterone cream) but don’t these two change your hormones, do people like talk this out with a doctor first or they just wing it and accept the consequences if there be.

And there’s other stuff like pituitary glandular, wild yam, saw palmetto, sheep placenta, motherwort, goats rue, etc. (Like how do you know what to take, how much and what to watch out for. Is it just a mix of trial and error)

Lastly there’s massages, pumps and going to the gym, I can understand the massages and gym. But the pumps some say they work some say they don’t, others recommend a brand called “Noogleberry”, while other say the vacuum or the seal isn’t great. Nor do I know how long should one pump?

There’s so much info I’m kinda lost on what to do, I was hoping someone here could give advice please?

Thank you!

Well it's normal that all the information here seems overwhelming to begin with. That's a very common and understandable reaction. Because there are different ways of going about NBE, it's entirely usual to begin with the feeling of an information overload.

Perhaps you could give some details about yourself to help someone advise you, such as your age and body type and what breast size you are now and any possible health concerns, as it's difficult to give advice to someone that you don't know much about.

I'm so sorry for the late reply I'm currently 20, part of the track team in our campus. My blood type is O and I'm a C cup. As for any possible health concerns, I don't know if I have any. But we typically do a yearly body check things like 2D echo, blood samples and such. But I haven't had any talk with my parents or doctors indicating something being wrong. So I'd state I'm fine without any health concerns. As for what I'm currently taking it's just creatine, protein powder, beta alanine and vitamin C. That's pretty much it.

Really sorry for replying late, I just got busy.

If you're a C cup already, you probably haven't got any major hormone imbalance, so having a hormone test may not benefit you. I think to start with you have to decide whether pumping is an option, which really depends on whether you could commit to the number of hours required. If pumping is ruled out, then it's largely a matter of what to take and if you're a beginner a general herbal program looks like the best choice. I don't think you should take pueraria mirifica or bovine ovary unless you're sure about it and really sold on the idea.

I'm so sorry for replying late I had to look into other post. (I might be wrong but so far I've seen something like)
  • 3,000 mg MSM
  • 1,500 mg freeze dried aloe. Skip if too difficult to find and/or expensive. Which are common problems outside the U.S. and Canada. It has major benefits but isn’t critical.
  • 320 mg saw palmetto extract
  • 2,400 mg 50% saponin shatavari extract. Start with 1,200 mg for at least 4 days. It is 600 mg then 1200 mg saponins, so 1,500-3,000 mg 40% saponins or 2,400-4,800 25% saponins also works, etc. Do not use if you have hypoglycemia (nor fenugreek). I suppose I can use this since I don't have "hypoglycemia"?
The other half of the the list is (I'm assuming I don't touch this list, I don't quite understand what you mean by "sold on the idea"?) -
  • 250 mg pueraria mirifica for the first 14 days of your cycle, where day 1 is the start of your period. Bulk powder or breaking capsules in half can be handy. Start at the beginning of your cycle, at least 4 days after 2,400 mg shatavari. If starting large chested, more PM may be ok early on. See below under “more detailed nbe program” for a list of good brands. Or see which were good for others in the past in the sub or a forum. Many other brands of PM may not be any good (unlike other supplements). If it’s an extract, use 1/4 the maximum suggested amount to start instead.
  • 75 mg progesterone cream for the last 10 days of your cycle, right before your period. Stop the PC when the 10 days are up or your period starts, whichever comes first. One with 75 mg per pump may be the most convenient. Start the same cycle that you start PM. See detailed program notes below if using BC. If starting large chested, more PC may be ok early on. 150 mg PC with 500 mg PM for example, or 300 mg PC with 1000 mg PM. Later you might adjust PC up or down depending on what works best.
  • Optionally, at least 15 min massage twice a week might boost supplement benefits via added circulation, even if it’s not enough massage to give much growth by itself.

Then there's other things like massaging 10 minutes a day, you could either use coconut oil, lavender, squalane or safflower.

Also pumping every other day increasing pressure tolerance slowly, basically pumping with slight to mild discomfort 12 minutes 4 times taking 2-3 minutes break in between. (This has been stated to work although it takes constant effort. Which I'm not sure I can promise considering I'm busy with training and all)

There's also things like galactaglogue herbs or pills and bovine mammary for growth although it seems both induce lactation so I don't really want to do this

I guess, I was wondering if taking the upper part of the list MSM and saponin with massaging and inconsistent pumping would achieve results or do I need to take the stuff at the bottom part like pueraria mirifica although I don't want to take progesterone cream as it seems like it can mess with your hormones. Also does areola size increase with breast growth, so far all my searching around the web indicates a 50/50.

Nobody can give you a definite answer to that question. You see it all depends on the condition of your beast skin. If your skin is quite tight then it will stretch as the breast gets bigger and the areola will therefore get bigger too. Remember that the areola is part of your skin and accordingly may well stretch along with the skin. But if your skin isn't so tight then an increase in breast size will just tend to fill out the existing skin more, and because in this case the skin doesn't stretch the areolas don't get any bigger either. So some will get bigger areolas when their breast size increases whereas with others the size of the areolas simply doesn't change with breast size. In other words, what happens is basically down to you as an individual and that's why unfortunately there just isn't a straight yes or no answer to this query.

By "sold on the idea" I mean being fully persuaded by the expected benefits of a plan or a proposal.

Apologies for the late reply, I think I'm sold but then there's some who state how you have to take a hormone test first before taking things like PM, fenugreek and such. But others say you don't need. So I'm not really sure do you just take it at the mg that people typically state and slowly work your way up without taking a hormone test first or is it important to take the test first?

It's always better to take a hormone test if you can. I wouldn't say it was essential, but taking a test is ideal if it's possible for you.
