Evebra protocol with noogleberry

#11

Thanks for this post. I’m new here too! How has it been going for you since your last update?

When i saw the title I thought you were using the noogleberry for higher suction like an hour a day and then the evebra for long term low suction. I’m interested to see if that works, but I also just got an evebra so i think I’ll do the standard low pressure for hopefully at least four months and see what happens.

i used a noogleberry hand pump for about a week before the evebra arrived for me. So i have it around and could do like high pressure pumps before starting the evebra in the AM, but i don’t know if there would be any real benefit.

If you have the time available to use Evebra as instructed, I mean for the recommended number of hours, I'm not sure if it would be a good idea to do other pumping as well. If you have extra time available, why not use that time for more Evebra use?

Blueseltzer - it’s been going well! I’m only using the evebra and not the noogleberry as I found the fit too poor for me. I’ve been using evebra at night for 12-14hrs. I use it with the prospera pump at -25 up to -30mm vacuum. I’m 6.5 weeks in and am in dome size 4. My measurements in the morning after removing evebra are 34” (+3” above baseline) and 33” in the evening before I put evebra back on. So far so good! I’ll need to order size 5 domes soon as I’ve already had nipple contact to the edge.

Arlene - I’ve only been using the evebra. The noogleberry fit didn’t work for me.

That is such great progress! Congrats! Hugely inspiring to hear. I’m on the same cup I started with (2) but I’m only day three of evebra so far.

I have to go back to working at an office in about a month or so which is really going to cut into my ability to get 12 hours in. I’m doing everything I can to get the hours in now and we’ll see how i do once I’m back in an office environment.

I would totally wear the Evebra sleeping if I could, but I have a really hard time sleeping already due to other issues. My partner also is a light sleeper and even though I know he is super supportive of my Evebra use, sleeping well with a pump running or me restless next to him is gonna be hard for us both.

I did just get the Prospera Pro II pump delivered though and it is amazing so far. I’m experimenting with different pressures and trying an intermittent pump of maintaining 30mmHg for four minutes and then briefly 50mmHg for two minutes.

I know the clinically proven way is 12 hours a day at 20mmHg for 4 months; but due to work and sleep, i don’t think I can do that. I’ll try though! I’m wondering if a bit higher pressure or the intermittent pumping might help me get results with fewer hours per day?
