Looking at other women for bodyinspo, am I being unrealistic with my body goals?

#1

If this isn't the right forum for this thread, I'll delete and repost to Other Body Enhancements.

So I'm trying to lose weight right now and I'm considering going on a diet similar to keto while also intermittent fasting to help me lose at least 25 pounds. However I like being a little bigger, and I think the women with the most ideal bodies are thick women, sometimes women who would be described as BBWs. A lot of these women have weights that are surprisingly high, even considering they tend to be bigger than the thin or "average" sized women, so I'm wondering if my problem is more of body recomposition and fat distribution than anything else (although I definitely think I should lose at least 25 lbs, bare minimum).

My main concern is that some of the women I take bodyinspo from are like plus-sized and curvy models and/or influencers with thick bodies and while they are on the bigger side, they tend to have more hourglass and pear body shapes. Most of their weight tends on be on the breasts and lower body(hips, thighs, and butt) and their waists are proportionally much smaller, giving them attractive curves. To be honest, I also take some bodyinspo from some porn and nsfw material I see online, including the nsfw subreddits like r/thickfat and r/thick. I'll share some pics with links on here. As a bisexual, I'm both attracted to these women and want my body to look similar to theirs.

fitnessvanessatips on instagram before she lost weight, like good for her for reaching her goal, but I'd kill to have her before body.

My body is more rectangular/apple shaped, I have big boobs and thighs, but I also have broad shoulders, a sizable tummy, thick waist, and big love handles, which doesn't give the same effect. My butt isn't shapely either, there's some curve at the bottom but it's kinda boxy. I can post a picture of my body after posting this.

Basically the point of this thread is I'm wondering if I'm setting myself up for failure for thinking through nbe, BC, diet and exercise, I could look remotely like these women or get an more hourglass figure with larger boobs, wider hips, a huge ass and a proportionally smaller waist. Like is it realistic for me to think I could ever have a 0.7 waist-to-hip ratio? I don't even realistically need a 23 inch waist, just as long as my waist circumference is healthier and I reach around that 0.7 ratio (I'm like 41.5 inches rn and I saw someone I follow with a 38 inch waist and her body looked good because her hips was 55 inches, she was trying to lose weight though, my hips are 51.5 inches but my love handles kinda make my body look like my WHR is even higher than it is).

Now I get a lot of people online, especially influencers, do edit their pics to look curvier or better than they do irl, but some women really do have bodies like these, or at least close to it. I was even considering doing HRT if possible before discovering NBE, which does the same thing that I want. Any advice, feedback, sharing your experience, honesty and reality check with my body goals would be great.

Here's a couple of pictures of my body right now. I know I'm fat and need to lose a lot of belly fat to be considered healthy. I'm trying to lose weight right now, so would it be possible through body recomposition, diet, exercise, nbe, literally anything else to get a body like the examples in this thread? I'll add photo attachments for the bodyinspo too so that people don't have to click on the links.

The only thing that can do this is genetics or a BBL. A BBL is honestly more likely. Some people believe maca will redistribute some of your tummy fat to the booty and thighs. I wouldn’t expect miracles though. You can, and probably should, try to build muscle in the butt and legs as you lose weight, but muscle is not the same as fat, which is what we’re looking at in those photos. It’s probably best to just accept that you’ll definitely lose some breast and booty volume as you lose weight. I’m sure, you’ll still look a whole lot more coke bottle shaped after weight loss. It’s about proportions, not just total size.

Figures, thank you for your honesty. I want to keep my body goals realistic, even though I wished my body looked like theirs, being reasonable will probably keep me happier in the long run. Guess I gotta hit the gym to slim my stomach and build my glutes.
