Evebra Pumping Program

#21

A lot of seriously stressful stuff hit me this week, and I just did not want to deal with pumping at the end of a long day. On top of that, pumping was just more painful than usual this week. I’m not sure why. I definitely wasn’t pumping harder than usual. The pain I had wasn’t the concerning kind of pain you can get in your armpit nerve while pumping, just a general sore feeling like I worked out a muscle too hard, except in my boobs lol. It made me feel like I was pumping at a much higher pressure than I actually was. Long story short, I missed 2 whole nights this week, so my hours dropped all the way back to 3.5 on average.

Week 6 Average pumping per day: 3.5 hrs

Hi! Hope you are feeling better and maybe less stressed with the weekend coming up! Thanks for posting this and for the link i think you shared to the ebay wound vac Deroyal Pro-II on the other thread. I’m using it right now!

I’ll start my own log here in another thread in a moment as we’re both new Evebra users. Thanks for all your info and guidance!

Thanks Blue. Feeling a little bit accountable to somebody helps me sometimes. Knowing that people are reading my log makes me feel like I have to keep going with my program no matter what, which is sometimes a bad thing but usually a good thing. Right now it feels like a good thing even though I am taking a short break from NBE. I thought I would stop for a week until the worst of the “stressful thing” is over. I may change my mind and start again tonight. I don’t know.

Oh my goodness. I’m reading everything ravenously right now. I get kinda obsessive about things sometimes and growing my boobs is like my new obsessive fascination. I’m really happy with how my everbra use is going even though I’m only on day 15. i’ll go a couple more days and take some measurements and post on my thread with an update soon.

I hope your stress is minimized and if you do decide to restart NBE that you are doing it for all the right and happy reasons!

Yesterday was the end of week 7. I took a break from pumping this week for various personal reasons. I actually did get in an hour of pumping here and there, but it’s not worth averaging it. It was basically a week off.

Week 7: basically no pumping

I was going to update all my measurements on week 8, but I skipped a week of pumping, so I’ll do it next week.

Week 8 average hours pumping per day: 3

This is the end of week 9, but I consider it the end of the second month because I skipped a week of pumping. That means its time to update my measurements.
I fell off the diet wagon and regained almost all the weight I lost, but it was good for NBE at least. I’m still spending the majority of my pumping time at a higher pressure because I’m still waking up an hour or two after switching to low pressure, and taking the cups off.

Starting Measurements for comparison
Underbust: 31.5
Bust: 32.75 (These are different than the underbust and bust measurements that I put in my first post because I’m pretty sure I took my measurements incorrectly and was actually an inch bigger in both places)
Bra size: US 32A
Height: 5’3
Weight: 132.5 lbs

Month 2 Measurements Update
Underbust: 32.5 (I don’t understand why this increased. I think it probably actually didn’t and I just need to find a more reliable way to measure)
Bust: 33.75 (+1”)
Bra size: 32A
Weight: 132.1

Week 9 average pumping per day: 3 hours

Nothing important to say this time. I’m still doing the majority of my pumping at a higher pressure as always.

Week 10 average pumping per day: 3.25 hrs

I scrolled back to find out, is higher pressure for you still about 50mm/Hg ? just wondering. I do that sometimes with the noog XL cups as a break from the Evebra cups.

keep up the great work and thanks for posting!

The answer to that is a little bit complicated. I generally don’t do “pump and hold” anymore. If I did, I’d keep the pressure at 50mmhg. Any higher is too painful. Right now I’m doing 7/2 “pump and release”. That means I pump, hold for 7 minutes, then release all of the pressure for 2 minutes. Actually, to explain in more detail, I pump up to 5inhg (127mmhg), then immediately release the pressure down to 3inhg (76mmhg). I do not hold at 5inhg for any length of time. The second the gauge reads 5inhg, I drop the pressure. After I drop the pressure down to 3inhg, I completely stop touching the pump. Over the remainder of the 7 minutes the pressure naturally drops down to 1 or 1.5inhg (25 to 38mmhg). Obviously if you average 76 and 25mmhg, you get 50mmhg. So I think if you could average the vacuum pressure over the course of the 7 minutes, it would only be a little over 50mmhg. For me, this kind of pressure cycling seems to produce a lot more swelling than just holding at 50mmhg. I don’t know whether more swelling actually leads to more growth. It may not. Regardless, I generally choose to assume it does, mainly because I have no other way to compare the effectiveness of different methods in real time.
