Hello all, I am new to Breast Nexus but not new to NBE. I’ve been using Noogleberry since 2012 and have seen a lot of growth through that method. Now I would like to gain more through supplements like PM and PC among other supplements found on the NBE reddit forum. It feels good to be back on the wagon!
I agree I’ve had great results so far. I’ve been really happy with the girls and that’s why I wasn’t actively working on NBE. Just pumping every so often before a special occasion. Now that I’m older and greedy lol. I’m willing to try to get more via the herbal route.

So pumping worked for you before, why not go back to pumping now?
At minimum, i encourage you to spend time massaging oil into your breasts, like almond oil or coconut oil. Add some fenugreek and or Pueraria Mirifica to the oil to give better results. I think applying these topically is better than taking pills.

I never stopped pumping. I am pumping currently. I massage also with coconut oil or flaxseed oil. I’ve massaged with pm and fenugreek before. I’ve been doing this for over 12 years, I’m familiar with a lot of the massage and pumping methods. The difference now is I’m adding supplements. Thank you for your feedback.
After what duration of pumping you noticed first real growth ? Your case is unique and inspirational!
