hi im just starting to massage, but would like to clarify some things. the bottle of cream i have says 'Massage from the armpits towards the front of the breasts, using circular movements' ... now i know this might be stupid, but is this massage done with the opposite arm raised or by your side?
is the 'front' of the breast the upper breast towards the clavical or the part near the nipples? and if it is the former, then its just massaging towards the cleavage right?
and is that line from the armpit to the 'front' of the breast the only place to massage?
sorry bout all the questions

I never could figure out what they talk about when massaging your breasts.
Here is a great link about breast massage and you will see you are not the only one confused.

Well I don't have an opposite arm as I massage both sides at the same time. Otherwise it would take me twice as long!

Both are the front.

Personally I massage all over. I think most women do.

I find doing one side at a time is easier (for me anyway). I think you should keep your other arm away from the body, because although a lot of people don't realise it the breast starts near the armpit and you need space to do the massage properly.
