Is it more difficult for those of us who are in our mid twenties and beyond? (I myself am 25) I feel like I read a lot of very young women having success maybe because they are more susceptible to the hormonal changes? I remember when I was 18 I wanted to make my complexion look brighter & fresher. I looked up remedies online & began taking flaxseed and primrose oil. My breasts grew a full cup size and they looked very round and more even. I couldn't figure out why but now I believe it was the flax/primrose oil. I stopped taking them then they stayed where they were until I lost weight a few months later & they shrank a tiny bit.
Could I just have been more sensitive to it because of my age?

No, whilst aging does slowly decline growth hormone production, at your age(even mine I'm 29) it's highly unlikely to be lacking, we are still very young and should easily reap the benefits of herbal NBE I mean I've also seen countless older women get results too over the years, and for me at 29 I've grown yet another full cup in 2024 from my current program which is mostly herbal. So dont worry your age is absolutely not a factor against NBE right now. If you are worried or are one of those individuals who does genetically produce less HGH which is vital for breast growth, you can try things like taking MSM (1500mg or more) per night before bed as this increases GH signalling and its best to take before bed because sleep is when your body produces the most GH, or even things like Mucuna, deer velvet etc, you also do need good IGF-1 so consider taking things like a high dose of Vitamin D3 which promotes IGF-1 I personally take 5000IU per day. Hope this helps!
