		Hi y’all!! I’m finally biting the bullet and starting my breast enhancement journey here :3 Right now, I’m a US 32DDD/F, but I dream of getting up to a K cup or even bigger. I want to do it in a reasonably frugal way, so I’m going to try and go as big as possible without surgery first. My current routine is as follows…
AM routine
I want to switch to fenugreek pills SO badly, but it’s SOOOO cheap to do it my way ?

AM routine
- Women’s multivitamin
 - 10g bovine collagen
 - 2oz aloe vera juice
 - 10g red maca
 - 50mg zinc
 - 1200mg calcium + 5000IU D3
 - 1000mg fish oil
 - 1500mg glucosamine + 1500mg MSM
 - 1Tbsp fenugreek seeds, soaked, blended, and frozen into cubes

PM routine
- 1000mg fish oil
 - Massage with flaxseed oil every other night
 
My next steps…
- 500mg PM every day during follicular phase, likely increased to 1000mg in the next cycle. I’m waiting on the pills to ship to me from Ainterol now!
 - 100mg oral progesterone every day during luteal phase, possibly increased to 200mg. These pills are gonna take a while since I’m getting them shipped from India.
 - Swapping out aloe juice for 1.5g freeze dried aloe powder. I ordered this and I should get the package in a few days, but I’m going to use up the rest of my aloe juice first since I already have it and it’s not much anyways.
 - Saw palmetto extract capsules, I just want to find a reliable source for them.
 - Magnesium supplement at night, I’m not sure about which one to go for though. The most bioavailable one at my pharmacy is pricey, but the less-bioavailable one is dirt cheap and honestly how bad can it be??
 - I want to get a noogleberry soooo badly but I have no idea what size would be right for me, and their size guide is no help. I tried contacting them but I haven’t heard back.
 - I want to incorporate more lean protein, especially soy and legumes into my diet. Generally eating better lol, but I would like to eat a diet rich in phytoestrogens even outside of the supplements I take.
 - Chest exercises to keep it perky!!
