How do we differentiate between cancer growth cells and growth spurt ?

They look quite different. A natural growth spurt is usually smooth and even in appearance but cancer growth is often seen as a lump or mass. They also feel different. Natural growth is generally soft to the touch but cancer growth tends to feel unusually firm or hard.

It's worth pointing out that if there's growth in both breasts it probably isn't cancer. Cancer can sometimes occur in both breasts, when it's known as bilateral breast cancer, but this is really quite rare. Natural growth is the complete opposite, as it almost always happens in both breasts.
