Can someone recommend a good collagen, powder or liquid? In the past I used Nature's Bounty pills, but they were so big and rough I couldn't even swallow them, so I was spending hours dissolving them in water and adding gatorade to get them down.

I don't know when you used Nature's Bounty, but their collagen products are no longer made in tablets. They use gummies now, so any problems with swallowing should be a thing of the past.

In terms of skin quality alone, I've found the Superself capsules are the ones that really work for me. I've heard collagen in gummies gets absorbed less than collagen in capsule or pill form, and generally it tends to be of a much lower quality than collagen you'd find as pills or powders IME. One other thing I love about the superself capsules is that they already have vitamin C which works well with helping my body absorb the MSM pills I also take, but you may not care about that

Good comments Bazooka. It's probably worth adding that hydrolyzed collagen is easiest for the body to absorb.
