Bazooka's first try

#1

Decided to type up a log for myself, since I think that would really help me stay consistent with my routine and see what works and what doesn't. I admit I've only known about NBE for about a week now, so I'm still very new to this and likely will make mistakes, but there's a lot of factors telling me that I will likely see some success. From my puberty being hindered by malnutrition to my genetics all saying I've got plenty of potential.

The log will start from the 17th of March, 2025 (today). I hope to see an increase in cup side by at least August, which is when I'll likely go to the beach. It should be doable assuming I stay consistent and get more supplements as soon as payday hits.

I'm starting off with 37inches standing, with a pretty sad shape. Current cup size is 32DD (UK) bordering on an E. I will record sag progression as well as size increases every two weeks starting from now.

With that said, today's log shall begin:

17th of March, 2025 (DONE!)

Planned supplements:
MSM 750mg x2
Collagen + vit C + hyaluronic acid (2200mg collagen, 80mg vit C, 120mg hyaluronic acid)
Spearmint tea
Liquorice tea
500ml organic unsweetened soy milk

Planned routine:
Castor oil massage in the AM + PM
15 minutes pectoral exercises

How the day actually went:
Took MSM 750mg x2
Took collagen + vit C + hyaluronic acid
Drank 750ml organic unsweetened soy milk
Chunmei massage for 7 minutes with castor oil (morning)
Chunmei massage for 10 minutes with castor oil (evening)
Drank liquorice + mint + jujube date tea (500ml)

Notes for today:
Did the chunmei massage for the first time ever. It hurt like hell while doing it (as all good gua sha of any kind does) but man! My chest feels so nice after it, and it helped the castor oil absorb into my skin way better than any other massage I've tried so far. I'll keep it up for the year and see how it helps, the effects it has left on me make me very hopeful!

18th of March, 2025

Planned foods/supplements:
MSM 750mg x2
Collagen + vit C + hyaluronic acid (2200mg collagen, 80mg vit C, 120mg hyaluronic acid)
Spearmint tea
Liquorice tea
500ml organic unsweetened soy milk
Red miso broth (1 bowl minimum)

Planned routine:
Castor oil massage in the AM + PM

How the day actually went:
350ml organic unsweetened soy milk
Collagen + vit C + hyaluronic acid
MSM 750mg x2
Chun mei massage 1st for 8 minutes
(In progress...)

Notes for today:
Woke up with a very heavy feeling in my breasts. I know my period is due to come in like a week but I haven't felt this sensation since puberty hit me like a brick wall. Period has always only given me excessive soreness. It's too early to tell, but this along with feelings of itchiness and soreness in parts of the breast that I didn't even think could hurt are definitely promising to some degree! And even if not, that chun mei massage makes me feel great afterwards anyways. Win/win!

19th of March, 2025 (mostly done)

Planned foods/supplements:
MSM 750mg x2
Collagen + vit C + hyaluronic acid (2200mg collagen, 80mg vit C, 120mg hyaluronic acid)
Spearmint tea
Liquorice tea
250ml organic unsweetened soy milk
Ashwagandha pills

Planned routine:
Castor oil massage in the AM + PM

How the day actually went:
Chun Mei massage with castor oil, 8 minutes
Collagen + vit C + hyaluronic acid
MSM 750mg x2
Chun mei massage with castor oil, 7 minutes
500ml organic unsweetened soy milk

Notes for the day:
Boobs feel less heavy today but they still look quite full compared to usual. Hopefully these changes stay with me even after my period passes, although usually during my period their size never changed until now. Managed to keep up with the massage routine at more reasonable hours now.
I’ve now decided to try and lessen estrogenic compounds in plan, in hopes of increasing my progesterone. Unfortunately I don’t have any supplements that do that directly just yet, but seeing as I have tuberous breasts focusing on estrogen may not be the best idea. I just found out it causes horizontal growth primarily, and what I need is something to fill up the top. Thankfully, the tuberous breast thing is barely grade 1 in my case but I’d still like to make it go away.

Also, no tea again... or ashwagandha! I really need a pill organizer at least, I hate how forgetful I am.

It's been a while, I'm terrible with updating logs and journals consistently... but I have good news! I did follow my regiment (for the most part, currently trying to get back on track) and I have seen some VERY good growth despite being only one month in.

My measurements as of yesterday (06/04/2025):
Standing bust: 42 inches (started with 37 inches)
Leaning bust: 43.5 inches
Lying down bust: 42.5 inches

Starting cup size: 32DD (UK)
Current cup size: 32GG/H (UK)
Time between measurements: roughly 4 weeks

The top of my breasts has also filled out a little! Previously I couldn't really feel the breast tissue at the top but now I can feel plenty of nodules. I don't think it's anything sinister since it feels like the breast nodules that I had already in the lower breast.

For most of this time I have been taking:
- Solgar Dong quai (250mg powdered root, no fillers)
- Superself marine collagen + vit C + hyaluronic acid
- Holland and Barrett MSM (switched to Doctor's best MSM for the past week though)

I accompanied these supplements with the Chun Mei massage technique (with organic cold-pressed castor oil) and I can confirm it works amazingly if you stick to doing it twice per day, with minimum 20 rotations for the unspecified massage movements per session.

For the past couple of days I have also been taking a combined pre-menopause and menopause supplement, which has all the things I wanted in it minus the hops. It has no fillers added so it tastes quite gross (despite it being in capsules, not pills...) but we'll see if it helps any.

The downside is... none of my bras fit me now. It sucks, especially since I JUST got a fancy Agent Provcateur set I can't really wear anymore, but what can you do. Also I'm getting some pretty visible stretch marks, which are purple, but my husband doesn't mind (quite the opposite) so I don't really mind. If anything it's proof that real growth has taken place, which makes me happy.

Now that I have grown to almost a H cup, I realize I want to go way bigger. I'm changing my goal to a J, my ideal to a K. We'll see how possible that is, but I'm optimistic I'll get in that ballpark soon enough.

It's brilliant that you can get results so fast. Stay consistent with your program and let's see what happens next.

Thank you! I feel quite lucky to be able to see this much progress already

Hi hun, the reason you are experiencing such bad stretch marks is due to the speed of growth, if you grew at a more steady(but still continuous) pace your skin would adjust better and result in less or no stretch marks. Try to infuse your oil with some herbs and EOs(particularly lavender, chamomile and patchouli oils can all help) to help reduce the appearance of the stretch marks, as Castor oil alone has shown not to help that greatly with improving them. Also you may want to change your dong quai to a better quality one that consists of the oil too, as most brands dispose of this and in TCM it is considered a vital component, I'd suggest the brand Imperial Elixir Dong Quai which is an extract(so stronger in one capsule than regular dong quai dosages) and has the oil added back in, either way dong quai is such a wonderful herb and I'm sure you will start to feel the mood benefits of it! Also if I were you I'd save my money and buy those herbs individually as the menopause capsule combinations tend to have really low dosages of each herb, if you buy red clover in a tincture I'm sure you will have even more great growth just make sure it's 1:1 ratio for best potency  Heart also I would suggest a progesterone(USP grade) cream if you are looking for outward growth rather than projection, but do keep in mind it's actually physically impossible most of the time to get rid of tuberous deformity unless the bands are surgically cut as Fertility queen proved and had to do and she had mild tuberous too.

Thank you for all the advice! I use castor oil primarily because I know it can help lessen stuff like cysts and other similar things in other parts of the body (and iirc a contributor to tuberous deformity is a collagen ring forming around the breast). I admit in my case it simply seems like my body didn't go through puberty properly more than anything but hey! It has helped a bit with skin tightness in my case anyhow, so I can't complain. I'm actually alright with the stretch marks, but I was wondering if EOs in the massage oil you use could help with other things (like speeding up growth or making the skin look better)? I know some people also use rosehip because it apparently tightens the skin, but perhaps I'm misremembering. I had no idea about dong quai and its oil, thank you for telling me this especially. If it wouldn't be too much of a bother, do you have any recommendations for getting to know more TCM for breast growth specifically? Books, videos, blogs - anything you feel like sharing, if anything at all. It's hard finding reliable info for TCM in general, unfortunately. I'll be honest, I have yet to settle on an appropriate dosage with some of my supplements which is why I bought the menopause pills, I want to take it easy at first but you saying this just confirmed my suspicions regarding them.

It may be physically impossible to rid myself of the deformity but it's honestly mild and I have gained a decent amount of volume up top already, so they don't look nearly as bad as they did before I started with NBE. Not sure if it's a myth but I've heard strengthening your pectoral muscles helps with sag also, which is a thing I'll be doing soon.

Thank you again for chiming in, your posts are very helpful!

I really need to get back to massaging... I'm still getting a ton of pain and itchiness but it is noticeably less so than when I stick to my "massage twice daily" routine. On a happier note: I finally got a full cup 32G bra from M&S and it fits me like a glove Smile Kind of insane to look at the size difference between it and bras I was wearing not even a month ago.

That's totally fine lovely! Im glad you took my advice right as I did reread what I wrote and was worried I might come across in a wrong or negative way which was absolutely not my intention(text can be tough with interpretation and I was sleepy when I wrote that)  Heart
Alot of the EOs I use in my oil infusion actually have been proven to help/prevent stretch marks! Along with being hormonal balancing/estrogenic and circulation boosting, some of these include Jasmine, Tea Tree, Lavender, Patchouli and Geranium, on-top of this Almond oil is great for stretch marks too which is in my oil infusion as a half half ratio along with sunflower oil which has plumping properties due to its high fatty acid content  Smile if you end up using EOs in your Castor oil just make sure you don't buy the cheap stuff as they are usually filled with fillers and synthetic fragrances, I personally love REVIVE essential oils because they have almost all dupes of big brands like doTerra and young living but at a much reasonable price and they are all certified pure therapeutic grade (CPTG) meaning alot of them can actually be taken internally safely aswell unlike the cheaper filler filled brands(I personally LOVE using a couple drops of their fennel EO in my porridge as it adds a sweetness), good quality EOs are much much more potent than the standard set alone herbs themselves so you only need a certain amount of drops depending on the volume of oil you are using in your massage oil. As for TCM I actually follow an amazing young woman based in Shanghai on Instagram she is a TCM practitionerer and about to open up her business over there, she posts daily everything TCM (it's how I found out about birds nest but I won't take that for reasons)
Her username is Zoeyxinyigong. I also do alot of my own research about herbs or TCM in general on sites like ncbi which is full of university/scientist studies, I recently read an article on there from a university in China about the incredible wide array of benefits of Jujube(red date which you and I drink I noticed). You can also find quite a few TCM channels/practitioners on YouTube! I used to frequently watch a lady here in Australia who does TCM her user is "Chinese herbal pantry" on YouTube.
If your tuberous is only very mild then really you have absolutely nothing to worry about especially if you have managed to gain extra top tissue, that just means the bands are not even moderate only very mild atleast from my understanding, as if I remember correctly fertility queen couldn't gain much top tissue due to her "bands" hence she had to get the correctly surgery along with a fat transfer ultimately(she's also on YouTube, very nice person and always happy to help in regards to the glandular route of NBE)  Big Grin
Anyways keep up the great work! NBE can be tiresome and difficult to maintain sometimes, even with my program only using 8 supplements all up(possibly 9 max as I'm considering trying porcine placenta again as the Japanese NBE girls all use it along with herbs but that would be the absolute most I'm willing to take)
Sending positive vibes your way!
