Please help me!

#1

Hi! I have been insecure of my small breasts all my life and recently discovered this page which gave me a little bit of hope… please give me any advice of what to do Sad

Background: Im 24, female and have been taking birthcontrolls (yazmine) with a lot estrogen for almost 10 years. Due to acne i started early and have been in relationships so i cant quit with birthcontroll. I have gained and lost weight during the years But Unfortunatly the weight goes to my stomach instead of the boobs. Im currently a small B But without fat on the upper part of the breast But my boobs are very round.

I have been trying to massage and listen to sublimials and also binaural sounds without any resultat. I tried fenugreek which seemed to Shrink them. Im 56 kg and 164 cm and feel good with my weight now. Im not taking any supplements except betakaroten. I tried massaging with flaxseed But after 4 days it seemed like they became smaller again. I think my boobs got a little little bit bigger after starting with birt controll But its hard to say for sure.

I dont think maca is good to mix with my birthcontroll so i was thinking of starting with MSM or maybe fishoil? Maybe try more massage without oil? Or change to another birthcontroll with less estrogen? PLEASE help a girl out i feel so lost!!

Hi lovely! Please don't fret NBE is possible for almost anyone, it's all about what works for YOU and your hormone profile/genetics, have you had any recent hormone blood work done you could share? Fenugreek shrinking your breasts tells me possibly that you already have very high estrogen(estrogen dominance in bio women causes shrinkage) so progesterone based supplements/cream may be what you actually need! MSM and fatty oils like fish, borage etc are all great as they are all mostly non hormonal so won't affect your estrogen, flaxseed oil is a double edged sword it works for many(worked for me way back) but for some it does the opposite because studies have found it can either be estrogenic or anti estrogenic, but I'm assuming in your case it may have been estrogenic if you do indeed have estrogen dominance from the BC. If you do get hormone blood work done please feel free to share as it will help alil more as hormones work alil different in bio females in regards to estrogen dominance and so on. You may also want to try massage with a non estrogenic oil like almond oil, Castor oil or coconut oil and add in a good quality full percentage Jasmine essential oil as this can balance your hormones rather than bring them up. But for right now I would personally suggest a progesterone cream(USP grade) however I will admit I'm not too knowledgeable about BC interactions so you might want to do your research if heightened progesterone can affect your current BC you are on. Hope I've atleast helped somewhat  Heart

Hi! Please thank you SO SO much for taking your time to reply to me, I feel so thankful I want to cry  Heart Heart   I have not taking a hormone test, Im not really sure on where to go to take one but I will look into it for sure! I have to admit that I was taking fenugreek as one capsule a day 500 mg for 2 months so maybe it was not enough time but when you feel that they shrink I did not want to risk anymore Sad I also think my boobs look less full when I get my period and I don't take the pill for a week so in my head I have always been thinking that the pill at least make them a little bit bigger but maybe its just the cycle. I think I will try MSM and fish oil, but what I read from these forums before I understood it as to take MSM as the powder and to start lower and then increase it with time should be the way to go, do you know after how long time or how much mg to take? I looked at progesterone cream and it seems to already be taken as a BC so I think I need to check with a doctor even though they always say they don't know... Huh But I found progesterone cream that was natural (for example:https://bono.se/biovea-progesteron-kram?channable=4185a8736b750042494f50524f47435245414d35394d4cee&variant=40729825738833&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwh_i_BhCzARIsANimeoGNOGLSjgM8g7FciQLGjZbjp-lfaB0DWZ24ChLwFIT5DExa8-74pFUaAvaUEALw_wcB) but if I understand you right that is not the same as progesterone cream(USP grade)? USP grade seems to be something different? Thank you again so much again  Heart

Since you’ve been on birth control for 10 years, it’s possible your hormones have already stabilized with it, so switching pills might not make a huge difference and dropping estrogen might even reduce fullness, so I’d be cautious there. If you’re staying on it, your best bet is probably to focus on non-hormonal support.

MSM and fish oil are generally safe to try and can support skin elasticity and general health, but they’re unlikely to change breast size on their own. Massage may help improve blood flow and tone, but results are subtle and take time and don’t worry too much about oil types, just be consistent with what feels good on your skin.

One thing not often talked about is posture and upper body strength. Strengthening your upper chest and improving posture can subtly lift your shape and give more fullness up top, even small changes can boost confidence

This is all actually not true at all lol first off oil type DOES make a huge difference for massage whether a plumping oil like sunflower oil which has fatty acids or a hormonal oil etc, secondly massage can give huge results as proven by myself and many many before it has ALOT of NBE benefits not only related to circulation it promotes prolactin alil, it increases elasticity and if the oil you use is hormonal or infused with specific hormonal herbs and EOs it delivers those hormonal benefits straight to the breasts whilst also toning and potentially draining the lymph system, many of the Japanese NBE girls who had great success used massage, think Chiyomilk, Mayusakimilk etc, lastly MSM alone can and has cause breast growth in many there's ALOT of science behind it being both anti cancer and also boosting growth hormone which is VITAL for breast growth. Also she will need progesterone if she is on a strong solely estrogen based BC because that will mean she has estrogen dominance because of it and estrogen alone doesn't do everything for growth it's about a balance between estrogen and progesterone in bio females and also estrogen dominance which happens for many on estrogen BC can actually cause shrinkage in breast size. Not sure how many years of NBE or science you are basing all these claims on but they are very much giving the wrong information. There is a whole encyclopaedia of information on here backing up everything I've just started plus many of others own experiences backing it up. Please don't shoot down someone else's advice who has been doing this for many years with results proving this it's quite rude tbh and going to lead this girl to potentially have no results in which she's wanting and deserves to have  Heart

Hi love! Will do my best to help where I can  Heart you can usually very simply ask for a hormone test by your general practitioner doctor! If however you wish not to go through your doctor there are many online hormone tests you can order in which you simply do it yourself at home and then send it back to them and they will do the rest and eventually let you know your results via email or even in a physical letter  Smile with the fenugreek was this an extract or regular fenugreek supplement? If this was an extract that means it's 500mg in capsule of a much greater amount of raw material meaning it can be quite strong, also depending on the saponin level in that specific fenugreek supplement, either way it very much sounds like it was not for you due to possibly already having high estrogen and being in estrogen dominance which in a bio female can work against natural breast growth enhancement, fenugreek increases both estradiol and testosterone. You can take MSM as either powder or tablet either way works, however you must make sure the brand you buy msm from specifically states "optimism" the brand I prefer is Doctors Best which comes in a high dose of 1500mg per tablet, I personally only take one a day at night but many before me have taken upwards of 8000mg or so from memory and had great results! You do want to start on the minimum dosage at first yes you are correct, because for some people MSM can be very upsetting to the stomach, so start slow and gradually work up to where you feel is your optimum dosage for you and your body. I would suggest only upping the dosage by an extra tablet/dosage maybe once every 2 or 3 weeks. Yes there are progesterone based BC but (correct me if I'm wrong) you said you are on a estrogen based BC yes? That means you can use progesterone cream along with it as I did some research and they say it's safe however PLEASE ask your doctor first as I don't know the brand of BC you are using and I wouldn't want to lessen the contraceptive effects of your BC so just to be safe check with your doctor  Hug you don't need to tell them its for breast growth just simply say you feel you need it to balance the side effects of your estrogen based BC. I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful with the BC side of things, that's an area I'm only alil educated in, I more know the hormone side of things and my own knowledge of NBE. USP simply means "Pharmaceutical grade" meaning it's already been converted to progesterone in a lab, it's usually how you know it's actual progesterone and not just phytoprogestin ingredients.
