Thank you SO much Bobbi your support always means so so much to me I truly appreciate you

my Oma's surgery went well, now the also difficult part starts of getting her to start learning to walk again, she promised me she will try her best as I told her the sooner she's able to walk again the sooner she will be back at home with me again and we will be having our pots of tea again

I've been visiting her in hospital almost every day, I just bought her a bunch of comfort stuff and snacks, along with her bible and glasses as her bible is very important to her.
I have been doing well without smoking oddly enough, today is exactly 4 days cold turkey and I'm barely craving, I think my body and my mind knew it was time, I've been drinking lots of tea, coffee, water, eating lots of food and have been doing my program in full again starting the other day and plan to strictly adhere to it all again as it makes me happy and I want to continue my progress

I did have some wine the other night as I do love my wine(got that from my Oma lol), however I did notice I don't enjoy it as much as I did when I would smoke, go figure, but hopefully that will change.
Again thank you so much Bobbi your kind words warmed my heart so much, for now I am choosing to stay as positive as possible for me and my Oma, I'm so grateful and feel so blessed that she made it through surgery at her age of 90 yrs old.
Will post again in time seeing as I'm officially back on my program. Sending big hugs back your way!
