I'm relatively new here and I have noticed that all of you use short forms for alot of herbs that everyone is using. There is one that I keep seeing all the time and its PM. Could someone please explain what PM is short form for

Hi Karen, PM is pueraria mirifica which is a very strong estrogenic herb and is very popular. It is in alot of breast enlargement pills and potions and many have had success with it. Good luck honey and welcome

Check out the information for newcomers post. It has a section with all the abbreviations we use here. It sure helped me.

I think you have to order online. Or depending on what country you live in, it's possible that they sell it at beauty supply stores or drug stores. They sell the stuff on shelves here in Japan, but it's horribly over priced. I'm using BO now (Bovine Ovary) because I felt it was safer to use and I actually got results from it.
