It's really interesting how I go to this site!

After 24 years of being anti-exercise, I joined a gym to tone up. I stay up at night, learning about how the muscular system worked, and happened to stumble upon a site that recommended Saw Palmetto to help heal muscles after you tear them up with exercise.

I started taking a few caps a day, then upped my dosage based on how hard I'd worked at the gym.

Now, while I was taking SP, I noticed my boobs start to swell (a little, my saggy little A-cuppers had become a less-saggy smallish-medium B). The boyfriend and I went on holiday to Spain & Morocco, and I thought I was crazy until he mentioned that my boobs felt better. (He's a major big-boob guy and I had such little boobs he'd just sort of unintentionally ignore them before).

At that point, I thought "so they are swollen, it's not just me?! maybe it's because of these pills I've started taking? nothing else has changed?"

I should mention that my boobs were also not disappearing with the exercises I was doing, too. Usually they're the first to go when I lose weight.

So I googled something along the lines of "saw palmetto breasts"-- and I found these forums!

Before this, I was honestly saving up money to get breast implants, and I was really upset about it. I wanted so badly for my body to be feminine, I grew up with curvacious aunts and cousins and I remember my teenage DD/F cup cousins telling me that they missed the days when they didn't have to wear a bra and that everyone in our family was busty. My sister has a D cup! She also has a curvy body, and I got nothing. I am the smallest bust size in my family, so when they tell you it's genetic, it wasn't always genetic!! A cup with a tiny body, while they were all taller than me and all-woman, it really hurt a lot and I never quite felt like a woman, ever! Ah! It's even painful to type about! Sad

Since discovering this website, and reading through all the posts, becoming obsessed with it, and reading all of the controversies (PM, heh) I have made my own little program that is forever adjusting.

I wanted to mention my person experience with NBE:

1.) I exercise to lose weight, doint cardio, etc, and it does not seem to effect my breast growth. I actually feel that it enhances it. When I was home for the holidays I didn't exercise for two weeks and my boobs knew it. Typically, I am drinking lots of water and doing healthy exercises to get your blood going through my body and it really doesn't hurt my girls. I exercise 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday). I do 15mins each on 2-3 cardio machines, working my body to a sweat, then doing the weight machines. My breasts have actually gained from this because thanks to the herbs, they've grown and my under-bust measurement has shrunk down. I've gone from 34-A/B to 32C! I have managed to lose quite a noticeable bit of fat and gain muscle on a healthy 1200 calorie, diet (I'm 5'3, 108lbs). So I know we've been told that exercise is bad, but I don't know if I've read anywhere of people who have exercised and had negative results. I have exercised a TON and still had positive results, it may be individual but I'm almost convinced it's helped the process along. I feel more growing pains the nights I've exercised and the morning after than other nights without exercise. Just thought it should be noted...

2.) PM. Okay, I know this is a risky topic and I'm terrified to death of bringing it up because I've seen some rather heated debates on this. I think if anyone replied to me the way I've seen some people replied to about this I'd be rolled up in a ball of tears in the foetal position on the floor.

I've been taking PM from the UK distributors and I have been pleased with the results. I don't know if it's effected my boobs, since I haven't been taking two a day... I started with only one, then I dropped it, and then picked it up again and went from 1 to 2 pills.

I've been mostly impressed with the way PM has "feminized" my body. I used to have the body of a 12-year-old body. Since taking the PM, I've got curves! It's so weird! Super-tight tube dresses used to make me look like a ladder, but I wore one out there other night and my friends were SHOCKED!

I think that I had a lot of testosterone (insatiable sexual appetite, couldn't put on weight, very hirsute. I was basically a man. I honestly felt like a woman trapped in a man's body with a vagina, hard to explain). After begging doctors to take a closer look at my hormones, and them refusing, I gave up. They just wrote me it off as being genetically predetermined-- I'm Persian, ethically, so they just thought I was supposed to be hairy.

These hormones have changed my life! My sex drive is better balanced, my hair seems to grow back finer and I have a girlier shape!

I have committed to using two PM a day now, and I've done this after reading a lot of information. Also I've been training my body slowly, experimenting with how each different pill effects me. I've been doing this for nearly 4 months and I am still working on trying different herbs, but it's expensive for a young woman trying to build a savings account, living alone and not making buckets of money.

I will post my measurements and photos when I'm at home and can get them all together.

To summarize my growth:
I have gained two inches so far-- when I went home for Christmas, my boyfriend had no idea that I was messing around with NBE and he was SHOCKED about both the change in shape of my body and breast size. He'd seen me only two months earlier and in that time I'd started on PM, so although he'd seen the results of my exercise, the results of the PM (combined with exercise) had gently shaped my body (I had booty before, but it was outward.

I took Fenugreek but it gave me intolerable gas!!! I was horrified! I finished off a giant bottle and vowed never to repurchase. It also made my sweat smell like Fenugreek, a smell that makes me sick to the stomach! But the flatulence! Really didn't work for me!

I replaced Fenugreek with Hops, which was AMAZING! I cannot rave enough about Hops, I was taking between 600-1000mg and it was really helping me develop fat... but I ran out and can't find any in the UK.

Would anyone know where I could get some here? Pure hops. Not hops designed with Valerian to help improve sleep. I can't wait to go back to Canada to get some.

On SP, Hops, a daily vitamin, fish-oil (Omega 3) and PM I was getting fantastic growth. I'm just so sad I don't have access to Hops here!

Sorry for the novel-length post, but I've been through so much I didn't know how to explain it all any shorter!

I just also wanted to mention how completely thankful I am to all of you, oldies or newbies, for being here on this forum! If it wasn't for you I would never have known about any of this and I'd be exercising my boobs away, feeling awful about my body! It's so good to find like-minded people who think outside of the box! I am so thankful for the growth I have experienced and just pray to the world that it will stay and grow more! The wealth of information on this site is crazy-wonderful. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

Welcome to the forum! Congratulations on your success and thanks for sharing! Most people here are pretty nice. I'm glad PM is working well for you- I've heard of people using it to correct hormone problems. Perhaps this is why I had to stop taking it: if anything I am estrogen dominant and it made my period come 2 weeks early and stay for three weeks. That was the breaks for me unfortunatly. But I can see how it could work well!

Please keep us posted on your progress and I hope you don't end up balled on the floor crying but find this forum friendly and helpful Smile

BoobieGirl-- I got there with a combination of things, exercise, SP and PM but the hops really helped. The three ingredients together helped a lot. I'd definitely recommend Hops. I'm not sure where you are but in North America, it's expensive and plentiful. I haven't found it in the UK yet, though... would be interested in knowing if anyone has been able to get some.

i was hoping a certain exercise played a big role. I'm too young for herbs.

Building your pectoral muscles definitely helps!! I will be focusing on that this year as my boobs are really droopy and it will help fill out the top part... this can be done with weights, or machines or push-ups Smile

There's still hope!

i decided to give exercise a try. since I am pathetically weak i do wall push ups and inverted pushups. I can only do three regular pushups max at the moment (yes I know) that is pathetic but I'm working my way up)
