Help me go from an AA to a B cup!!!

Hi!

Please don't stop writing these. Although I just started today you have completely inspired me!
Tomorrow I am going to buy some of those Fenugreek seeds. I don't care about the side affects I just want bigger breasts (I really wany big breasts)

P.S. If anyone has any advice on how to get bigger breast please help me, because I am 18 and size 30aa

Hi GF,

did you research the birth control pill and if it works with BO. Because I think i read somewhere that BO tends to make the BC pill ineffective. So watch out for that and have some back up plan for contraception too. Like it would be bad if the BC pill rendered BO ineffective but it would be entirely a different thing if the BO renders the BC pill ineffective!
and I would like to add my voice to all the other ladies on here and say please dont stop posting the daily updates! It doesnt really matter if the pages are adding up, we enjoy reading your updates. Its not even so much about the growth you have achieved but just the process, and reading about the changes you notice, the stuff you switch around. You have given so many people such good ideas and inspiration through this very thread! Smile

Boobie mad - Have a look on this site and do some searches under teenagers to see what people recommend.

I DON'T recommend fenugreek seeds. Firstly, what do you plan on doing with them? You can't eat them as they are revolting. And if you make them into a tea then trust me they are absolutely putrid. The only thing I'd be doing with fenugreek is putting GROUND fenugreek in a massage oil, and massaging with it. Or you can buy fenugreek capsules.

I don't know what people recommend for people your age. But if you are thin then it's highly unlikely you will grow with herbs such as fenugreek. You may be better off researching into Bovine Ovary (BO). Or you could go the au naturale way and buy a noogleberry. Thats a little pump machine and it definitely makes a TEMPORARY difference, sometimes up to 24 hours later.... But as for a permanent difference... I can't say.

What you could do is - get a noogleberry machine, use it for 35-45 minutes once per day. And do that for say 4 months. Take some neocell collagen powder/pills and MSM during this time. And see how you go with that. At the same time cut all refined sugar products out of your diet. That is stuff like muffins, biscuits, fruit juice, iced tea drinks, etc. Keep eating good amount of other food though. Add in a protein shake once per day. What you can also do is go to the doctor and ask for a hormone test, and thyroid, adrenal etc in a blood test. Then you can see if you have any issues in that area.

If that doesn't work, then research into BO and see if that is an option for you.

I'm quite against taking herbs such as Fenugreek now because it REALLY REALLY effects you. For instance, Fenugreek lowers your blood sugar so you can get insanely tired when you are taking it. It effects your life badly, and I don't get any side effects from noogling, collagen, MSM, BO etc. So I wouldn't go for fenugreek if I were you.... but up to you of course!



Searching - I laughed at your comment that I better be careful that BO doesn't effect birth control rather than being concerned about the other way!!! hehe very true. But even on the BB website it says that BO does not effect birth control.... so that is good news!!!


Cycle 4 Day 3

Hmmm so today I've had these intense pains that come and go. But when they come it's almost like I'm being winded..... like when someone hits you in the gut, but that feeling in my chest. Like I can't breath.. although I can.! haha terrible explanation..

I did a bit of noogling tonight!!! haha Thought I'd get back on the noogle bandwagon after hearing that Eva and TM are doing it. Only noogled for 15 minutes just to remind my breasts about noogling and what they are meant to do....

Breasts look WAYYYYYY smaller today than previously. Am getting to that horrible cycle day 5 where your breasts seem to disappear into your rib cage. I hate that part of the cycle!!!!

I'm upping my collagen intake to 9 grams per day. I take 6 in the morning and about 3 in the evening. I read on some adrenal website that 10 grams is a good amount for people who have poor adrenals.

Also I have upped my kelp to 600mcg per day. I also read on thyroid websites that they recommended even more than that per day. That is over the recommended daily dosage limit, but if you have poor thyroid then that's ok. I may just take the extra pill bringing it up to 600mcg every second day. I'm interested in learning more about that iodoral product. Must remember to look at that one.

I'm also thinking about upping my protein shake intake to 2.5 per day. That way I will get about 50grams of protein per day from protein shakes, and 20 grams from lunch, and 20 from dinner, and the rest from breakfast and snacks.

Cycle 4 Day 4

Hmmm I was so busy this day I can't even remember....!! haha I remember having some aches and pains here and there... hmmmm

Ok well today is now Day 5 for me, and I did something naughty..... I MEASURED! hahahhaa Sorry ladies! I couldn't resist!!! Now the GOOD news is that (OK I know how totally inaccurate the measuring tape is!!) But I actually got an INCREASE in measurement! A definite 31.25" Which is pretty good for me as I'm never anything over than 31" around this time of my cycle. So I am going to take that 0.25".... so what if there is a margin of error of about 0.5" when measuring! hahaha

Anyhow, I've taken some photos because what I am really noticing with my breasts is that in between them is filling out lots. Before I used to have absolutely nothing in between my breasts, because my breasts naturally sit to the side of my body and that was where all the fat was. Now when I look I'm like wow there is 'all' this breast tissue in between.

I've taken a series of photos some with my arms both up, some with my arms by my side so you can see the middle part. Obviously when I have arms up it looks much smaller, but you can still tell there is some small amount of breast tissue in between! Before if I did this there would just be rib cage!!!!

So I'm not going to get ridiculously excited about the 0.25" as I'll probably measure in a few hours and get 31"! haha But at least I'm measuring MORE than less.

New roundness and fleshy inner-boob-beginnings-of-cleavage hhaahhaah now that sounds serious!

Noogled for 20 minutes on each breast one after the other. Now I am noticing red dots. Dodgy I'm going to try and noogle a couple of times per week for about 30 minutes per time. I'm just trying to work my breasts up to that long! I think it will be good to try and noogle a bit. But obviously my breasts don't like it anymore!!!

Got an extremely busy weekend ahead so probably won't have time to post.

It's funny but I actually really like taking my supplements at the moment! I look forward especially to taking the BO, pituitary and kelp because I think woo hoo one step closer to having bigger breasts...
