Hi! I haven't been on here in awhile, but I've been trying NBE for quite awhile now with very very minimal results.
I started taking Ultra Breast back in September. While I was taking it, I felt like I was starting to notice a difference in fullness, but I broke out in horrible cystic acne. After trying everything imaginable topically, I stopped the UB. The acne disappeared almost immediately. I also started noogling with the medium cups back in September as well. I went through a period of time where I felt like I was starting to see some growth, but then it just kind of stopped. I started back up with the UB a month ago, and so far (fingers crossed!) no acne this time. But to sum it up, I'm extremely discouraged and frustrated, b/c I'm not seeing any progress. I'm the same bra size I started out as (32B). There may be a slight difference shape (a little more rounded), but overall nothing too noticeable. I'm taking kelp, so my body temp is good. I eat very healthy and have really been concentrating on high protein. But I honestly think I have less swelling when I noogle now than I did a few months ago. And if I try to pump harder to get more swelling, then I just have permanent reddish discoloration where the cups were. So as you can see, I am in desperate need of help and advice!!!
Thank you in advance.

I'm not quite sure exactly what kind of advice your seeking as you didn't ask questions so I'm going to try to advise on what you've typed here...
Okay the acne, I never had that problem with Ultra Breast but I had very bad acne in my teens and I now have adult acne that I struggle with, it's not as severe as my teens but still a pain. The things I've found to help my skin are taking collagen tablets, I take Neocell collagen tablets, they are big pills so if you aren't use to taking pills you can get the power and maybe add it to your protein shakes if you are doing those or add it to your regular drinks or something. I also either use Nature's Cure, I use the papaya kit, it comes with a cleanser, toner and moisturizer, I love love LOVE this. But I can't always get it because it's hard to find. When I run out of it and can't find it, I use St. Ives apricot scrub for acne and I use their collagen moisturizer for the face, forget the exact name of it. I'm one of those people that tried Proactiv when it first came out, before all the celebrity endorsement BS, and it didn't work for me. I've tried just about every cream, cleanser, pill, you name it. The things I have found to work best are these.
With noogling and getting swelling... water intake is KEY! You need to get half your body weight in lbs, in oz of water. For example I fluctuate between 120 and 130lbs, so that's 60-65oz, so I just drink 2 liters of water per day as that is 64oz. I cannot stress the importance of water enough! If you are a baby about drinking water like me, just add crystal lite flavor packs or propel flavor packs to your water. Also MASSAGE!!! Massage your breasts for 5-15 min BEFORE you noogle. If you do it after it will decrease your swelling. Massage is important for ANY NBE program. Also I have read that taking MSM helps with swelling for some. I was taking a hair supplement with MSM in it when I use to get really good swelling, so there may be something to that. Swelling is very important for pumping to create permanent growth over time. You need to be pumping at least 30 min to an hour EVERYDAY. You can do more if you like, but this needs to be a minimum. Also I was reading a technique on the noogleberry forum that girls are doing a 20/20/20 routine. It's where they pump and release for 20 min, then pump and hold for 20 min then pump and release again for 20 min. I tried my own variation to this, pumping and holding for 30 min then pumping and releasing for 30 min and I got 1/2 inch more swelling than usual. So I think there is something to it.
Hope I helped, if you have any more questions just ask, I'm sure someone here will know the answer.

Thanks for your reply, Anastasia. I know I need to increase my water intake. I def am not drinking the amount you said. I am taking MSM (1 1500mg supplement in the morning with breakfast and again in the evening with breakfast), as well as fish oil in the morning and evening, and kelp in the evening. I guess my only other big question is-how long does it take before you start feeling some kind of sensations with UB? B/c I feel absolutely nothing. It's as if I'm not taking anything at all!
If it's not working, could it be a reflection of something that's going on in my body hormonally possibly, or is there another supplement I could take along with it to boost its effects?

With UB I'd say it took a few weeks of taking it everyday as suggested before I felt any tingles or anything, and once I took it for a couple of months omg the growing pains started to get really intense, not going to lie. Like I usually sleep on my sides, it would hurt so bad sometimes that I had to sleep on my back! Cause any pressure or touching them hurt soo bad. But it was all worth it.
Also I noticed growing signs when I got at least 80-90g of protein per day, I would get probably 60g through my regular eating then in the morning or night time I would have a protein shake. I got the non-flavored protein isolate from NOW brand and would mix it in chocolate milk, make brownies with it, put it in soups, put it in smoothies, milk shakes, etc. etc. Possibilities are endless with it. I noticed if I didn't get that much protein, it didn't work as well. So protein is definitely key.
As far as your hormones, not sure hun. That's not my field of knowledge, maybe others can help you to know more about that.
