Anastasia I think you are having less trouble with the rotations because you have boobies, lol! Us smaller girls have our arms angled in a weird way to do the rotations and it's not very comfortable. I just started criscrossing my arms and doing it like that so I didn't have sore arms.

Thanks everyone. Blush I'm really glad I got it. Fortunately, it's healing really nicely, unlike my ear piercings from last November, grrr ..... Sad

We had a horrific ice storm Sunday night and Monday, and lost power for two days. Sad Me and my kids and a few of our most sensitive pets (all my fish and my parrot) had to stay with my parents because they have a generator and had heat. Our house got down to 48 degrees inside. My poor hubby and kitties and dog! Well, my dog actually probably enjoyed it, since she likes to spend time outside when it's really cold. I still took my pills and protein, but didn't have the privacy to do my rotations. Sad Now I can only do about 150 at a time again, darn it. I'm trying to mostly work on my right side.

I'm finding it extremely hard to fit in an hour a day to do NB; and as a result, I haven't done it in over a week. Sad I know it won't work if I don't use it consistently. The only time I can fit it in is after I get my kids to bed, and before I go to bed. Usually I'm so wiped out by then that I just go straight to bed after getting them settled into bed. I REALLY want my breasts to grow, though; so I will need to find a way to fit it in, somehow! Sad

I reduced my daily Iodoral (iodine) pills down to just one pill a day instead of two. I know taking two a day was excessive to begin with; but I'm sure I was deficient in iodine, so it was recommended to take a larger dose for a couple months to replenish the iodine levels, then cut back the dose. I'm still taking one L-Tyrosine, two raw adrenal glandulars, and six Spirulinas per day, along with two protein drinks. I need to locate my Easy Curves exercise bar (can't find it since our last move) so I can resume those exercises once a day.

I'm trying so hard not to get discouraged. I really don't feel much in the way of aches or pains anymore, not even during massage; maybe a very mild dull ache on my right side once in a while. I'm not necessarily expecting pains=growth, as I'm aware many people grow with very little pains or sensations. But I would like to be seeing growth! My measurements are still hovering around 34.00"-34.25". Visually, apart from the roundness I get from doing rotations (which doesn't last very long), I haven't noticed much in the way of growth this whole past month. I'm still only filling my 34A cup bra about 3/4 of the way on my left and 2/3 on my right, with major gaps at the top half of the cups. I can guarantee if I re-take pics in March to send to BB, there will be no difference from the pics I took in late January. Instead of dealing with the humiliation of being rejected for a testimonial again, I think I'll just purchase another 4 1/2 month supply and see what changes there are at the end of that bottle.

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little disappointed by the lack of measurable progress I've had since fall. I'm gonna stick with my program, because it's the only thing that's worked for me. Obviously it's harder for those of us in the AA category and smaller to grow; and I was completely flat to start with. At this point, I'd be happy to be an A cup. Of course, a B or C cup would be more ideal for my body, proportion-wise; but I'm having such a hard time growing past the AA point now, those sizes seem impossibly huge and far away to me. My back-up plan, if I have zero growth by August, would be to stop everything, do a cleanse, wait a few weeks, and try Zoft gum, since so many others have had success with it. Maybe if I can get past the AA hurdle, and into the realm of A or B, then BO might work again after that. And NB would probably work better, for sure. I just can't realistically see me spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars a year, for several years, on pills and protein with no more measurable growth. So that's probably what I'll do; buy 4 1/2 months' supply of BB, and reasses in August. If no growth, then start back-up plan. If I do end up doing Zoft, I'll definitely still make sure my protein intake is up around 80-90g a day, since I'm certain high levels of protein are essential regardless of the NBE method used. I hate the roller-coaster ride of NBE! One minute you're like "Hey, they're fuller and rounder!"; the next minute you're like "WTF, they're smaller???" But when all is said and done, I am most definitely larger now than I was when I started (knocked 3 A's off my bra size); and for that I'm grateful. I'm trying to stay positive! Smile

Twister Mama, I'm in the same boat as you I think. I've worked my way up to a full 34AA in about 5 months, but am just having trouble getting past that hurdle to the "A." Haven't seen much change at all this last month and my tingles/pains seem to have subsided quite a bit, so that is discouraging but I plan to continue like you do! Good luck!

Thanks, definitelymaybe. What the heck is it about getting past AA, anyway? You'd think that if you were able to grow up to that point, that growth should continue. So frustrating!!! Good luck to you too! Smile

Thanks BoobieGirl and Andy. I seriously doubt I'll ever get another tattoo. My hubby didn't really want me getting this one; but he relented when he saw how much it meant to me because of what it symbolized for me. He says he likes it and thinks it's pretty; so I ain't gonna push it! Wink

I finally found my Easy Curves bar yesterday, and did two sets of exercises before my protein drinks both yesterday and today. I still had it set at level 4 resistance, which is what I had it set at back in the fall when I was using it all the time. Of course my arm muscles aren't used to it now; so I'm a little sore. Oh well. Fortunately, taking all this protein heals muscles quickly! Once in awhile I'll do a few palm presses too, since it's really easy and convenient to do.

I'm able to do about 250-300 rotations in a row now. If I rest my arms for a minute, I can get to 360. I'm still doing twice as many rotations on my right side than my left side, hoping to kick start some growth. I like how firm my breasts feel in the morning when I get up! I do my squeezes before and after the rotations just to get some deeper tissue massage. My breasts do feel sore each time I start to massage, so I'm happy with that; cuz hey, at least it's SOMETHING. Smile

I haven't done NB in a couple weeks. I have no time for it. I have so much going on, and I'm totally wiped out at the end of the day. And frankly, my sleep is more important to me now than doing NB. Sad

I was thinking a lot about the AA to A hurdle; and I wonder if it seems like it's taking such a painfully long time because the breasts themselves change in shape at that size. I have been noticing the past few months that my breasts seem to be getting wider. It's such a gradual thing that it's barely noticeable, even month to month. But I was thinking, we've probably all seen photos of women with A or B size breasts; and they are wide, as in, they extend from under the armpit/side of the rib cage to the middle of the chest. With the exception of tubular breasts, I'm starting to think that breasts naturally expand width-wise first before projecting outward. I've read over and over on BB's site that they said that kind of growth would occur first; and it doesn't show up on the measuring tape. I didn't really understand it at the beginning of my program, cuz I went up a couple inches pretty quickly. But I started out completely flat. So yeah, initial breast budding does make you stick out a little bit first before the widening happens. I'm really thinking that's what's happening with me now; my breasts have to widen to their mature roundness first, then any extra growth will get added on everywhere, including outward. At least, I have reason to believe the pills are trying to put me into a second puberty, if for no other reason than my relentless acne breakouts. And it's mainly along my jawline, which I've read is hormonal. I haven't broken out this bad since I was 13-18 years old! So far, nothing I've been trying is helping either. Spot treatments are minimally helpful at best. I'll put up with it, if I get a nice set of A's (or larger!) out of all this. I'm an artist, so luckily I'm really good at covering my numerous zits with makeup. Wink

I'll probably take pics in a couple days and see if I notice any difference at all, then decide if it's worth it to send to BB. As always, to be fair, I won't massage right before the pics; even though massage doesn't change my measurements at all, I don't want to do anything that MAY possibly make me look slightly larger than I really am. And NB has been totally out of the picture for two weeks already; I only used it like 5 times since early February anyway. Being totally honest has always been of the utmost importance to me, for moral reasons obviously; and I have an extreme disgust and intolerance for people who are dishonest/liars (I have been badly burned in the past). I also want to be able to track my progress as it TRULY is, too. If my program ain't working anymore, it's gonna show (or rather, not show! Tongue ). Although really, I'm not expecting any visible changes from the late January pics. One month is not nearly long enough to have growth that's dramatic enough to be seen in pictures. I'll take the pics anyway, though. Who knows, I may be surprised by what I see. Or disappointed by what I DON'T see, lol. Tongue

On a positive note, I have been feeling better about myself the past couple of days; and I have renewed faith in my program. Ah, the ups and downs of NBE! I'm just glad that I'm not in that "pissed off at the world" frame of mind that I was in as a teenager. I'll take the acne over that, lol! Wink

the BEST spot treatment for acne that i've tried (and i tried soooo many) is Kate Somerville EradiKate. i panic when i run low on it. it has great reviews all over the web.

it sounds like everyone's doing the chi rotations. i can only do 60 at most, then i have to do one arm at a time and let the other one rest. but after a few days of the chi rotations, my nipples just got super sensitive and hurt all day for a few days. how do you do so many chi rotations without agitating your nipples?
