PM or BO or ?

#1

This question is for Carlaa or anyone else who has an opinion please?

I have been taking 4 capsules per day of PM for just over 9 months plus 2 capsules per day of WY.

In the early days I was having chest "feelings" as if there was something going on.

However, the period of inactivity between these feelings has increased and as I am nearing the end of my supply I must consider purchasing a further quantity.

Before doing so I would like to know if there is another product I should consider to help me.

What do you think please?

Regards,

Sarah

hi sarah

It is normal for many woman to have breast "pangs" early on but many times this goes away. This does not necessarily mean that you have plateaued.

I do not know what brand you are using....but as I have often said high quality farmed cultivars are better than wild...........but I urge you to use a good topical...........they work better than capsules. If you use them together, better for you.

Hello Carlaa.

Thanks for your reply.

What do you mean by "topicals" please?

Given that I may be taking a good PM product should this be better than BO please?

Unfortunately time is not on my side and if I can do anything to speed up by growth then I will consider it.

Regards,

Sarah

Hi Sarah!
BO and PM will react on every person differently...there are some people the PM will give them the most growth and some the BO will give them great results. You just have to see for yourself what's the best for you.
I am now on BO for about 5 months now...and to tell you the truth I don't have much a difference...and if I have a difference I think that it's from the NoogleBerry pump! The NB is great! I think that It can really help you with the PM! so if you what to give a push to your growth...then NB will be great for it! I know from the NB forum that the girls that take PM said that the NB really helps them with the growth.
I am considering myself to take PM after I finish all my pills of BO. I don't think that the BO works for me... Sad
I know that if you or on PM you should take a break after 3 months or so...I read that after 3 months you don't grow so much....and if you what to grow more...you should take a break to clean the body from the PM and then take the PM again after the break.
I am thinking to take Bella's PM...from Bella's Beauti-full Bust Boutique.
Good Luck!
Eva.

HI Eva. What brand or supplier of BO have you been using? Have you checked your temperature?

Hi Andy!!!
I am using the Bountiful Breast brand. I bought the 13.5 month supply! Smile
I am now about 5 months taking the BO.
I drink 1 shake a day of 25grams of protein...do you think that it's enough? The total of protein that I take a day is about 35-40 grams...should I be taking much more?
I measured myself tonight and I was 34"!!!!! Yayyy!!! Smile
When I first started the NBE journey I was 32.5"
NB helps me a lot! I think that the NB did the most growing!!! Smile
I will measure my temp tomorrow at noon. I want to see if my temp is o.k. last time I checked it, it was good! But I didn't check it for a while now...so maybe that's my problem.

That is 100 per cent incorrect. Taking a break from Pm after 3 months is the absolute wrong thing to do. Using PM can be a rapid process for some and very very slow for others. You must use it for maintenance........or you loose. Slow and steady wins the race.....the only quick fix is surgery!!!!

Forget the marketing non-sense .........achieve 1 or 2 cup sizes after 1 month...2 months etc..............non-sense

HI Eva. I could not remember if I have read where there is a recommended amount of protein to take in. Maybe someone else knows. I would say that any extra amount of protein is a good idea. You are encouraging new tissue growth and the body will need fuel for that. I would say that if you are putting on more overall body weight. I would back off the amounts a little. Everybody will be different.

Good luck.

Eva, I am on BO too, but only been taking for about a month so far.
As far as I am aware the reccomended amount of protein required per day is around 80grams.
I asked Anastasia on the BO forum about this and she said that she definately grew more when she was taking this amount of protein.
On the UB website they reccomend 99grams per day.
So perhaps you need to up yours and see if that makes a difference.

Actually I was wondering if it is acceptable when on BO to use PM
as a topical in either cream form or have seen a spray.
Perhaps someone could let me know if this is a no-no.
I am sort of menopausal age and had not had period for around 4 months
so would be difficult to know when to use PM as there are times during cycle when you dont use.

Lizzie, you cannot use BO with herbal NBE, this includes PM, using a cream, lotion, spray all the same. Your skin is like a sponge, so it will still absorb the herbs and put them in your body... that is how the creams and sprays work! PM is a very powerful NBE herb, it should not be mixed with any other NBE supplement or cream, when using PM stick to only PM products. Now the amounts I don't know as I never used PM, just know it's not to be mixed with other things because it's such a powerful herb. BO is not to be mixed with phytoestrogens, AKA herbs. You should also avoid soy as much as possible as it has phytoestrogens in it. And yes I recommend 80-90g of protein intake per day while on BO, you can get the protein in with diet alone or with added supplementation with protein shakes. And yep, temp has alot to do with it also. I checked my temp a few times per week while on UB. As others have said and I say all the time, patience is key to NBE. You don't want to try to take too much NBE products or you will overload your system thus inhibiting growth all together. HTH
