NBE question

#1

I have been taking fenugreek, saw palmetto, red clover and black cohosh since the beginning of febuary and so far no results. I am 20 years old with AA cup size and this depresses me a lot(see picture below). I sometime do the chi massage, but I don't use lotion. I was wondering if you were to put licorice extract or dandelion root extract in lotion would that help? I really want to go up to a B cup and i've been the same size since I was 14!

Don't get discouraged!
Have you had any growing pains in your boobs since you started taking the herbs? If so, I'd stick it out at least another month or two before calling it quits. But, herbs don't always work for everyone so if they aren't working for you maybe you should consider something like Noogleberry or Brava. You might respond more to something like that.

Actually I have been noticing a bit of growing pains...when I first started out, I could do the massage kinda hard like it was nothing, but now I guess I have to be more careful...I also used to be on the birth control pill tri-cyclen lo due to the fact that I have no period. So I'm wondering if I have a hormone imbalance or something, and could these hersb correct that since they have phytoestrogens? Sorry for all the questions, but I'm really not sure if I should go back on the pill and if the herbs will be interracting with it.

Hi Misskathryne, Im no expert by any means but i would say the first thing you need to do is get your hormones tested, to find what is going on. Have your doctors sent you for tests regarding you not having a period ? I would leave the herbs untill you know whats going on. It could be a hormone imbalance and if it is then yes herbs and other products can help. But you need to know what exacly your baody needs as you could make it worse else. Good luck and let me know what happens hun.

You mean that you don't ever have a period and so you were on Ortho Tri-Cyclen to address it?

MssKathryne- It could be something to do with hormones, but I'm not an expert on that stuff so I can't tell you for sure. Like Cheryl mentioned, you should probably ask your doctor about it! Just remember that if herbs aren't right for your body that there are still other options. Good luck :)

Cheryl- Omigosh, I'm jealous of your huge boobs! They look so great.

Yes Wahaika I have no cycle whatsoever. I went to get a pap smear and that's what I told her. Therefore, I have taken a blood test for my thyroid, and everything was fine. I just think I have a big lack of estrogen in my body, so I'm assuming that because the herbs have phytoestrogens, it could help. My growing pains are a bit worse today, but has anyone experienced any itching? I have none...

Hi Honey, what did your doctor suggest ? if its more estrogen you need then PM is the way to go, by far the strongest of all the estrogenic herbs, and i think a breast pump could help aswell, its hard to say though honey, as i dont know why you havent got a cycle. I know hormone imbalances can cause chaos but im suprised your doctor hasent gave you something to sort this out.
