Final Result: 2 Weeks Post-Brava
February 14 2008 at 7:10 PM Louise (no login)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi Girls,

Just to let you know Brava DOES work. I grew from 31.5-32 to 33.25 in 7 months while losing 15 lbs (I lost an inch or slightly more from my waist and underbust but still increased in bust size!). I've gone from loose 32B to full 32C, but because my underbust has got smaller I think 30DD would fit better (30D's a bit tight). There really is a noticeable difference in size, fullness and roundness. The 32B padded bras I couldn't fill now give me cleavage that holds a pencil!!! Because I've lost weight at the same time (and had lost 15 lbs just before I started as well) I'm beginning to look a lot more in proportion so there is hope for all the pear-shaped girls out there.

I've had no stretch marks / sagging. Haven't done badly in terms of skin irritation, just got two small red marks left now about 2mm round and one about 5mm like a thin line which will probably fade more with time but aren't really noticeable to another person. I did have some swelling of the sternum and I had a bony lump at the cleavage side of one breast but all of this has gone now so no negative comments at all, very very pleased and worth every penny!

I'm going to copy this onto the main forum too to get everyone interested in suction.

Keep up the hard work - it's worth it in the end xx

Ok, I waited 4 weeks after I stopped using Brava to make sure there was no leftover swelling. I could only wear it for 8 weeks because of an unexpected event, but I still saw results.

I started out as a 34A and I am now truly a 34B. My A bras are too small - they feel tight and uncomfortable. I took out the padding from my swimsuit tops - don't need it any more.

My husband was a complete skeptic - "worthless" was his assessment after looking at the website. He is surprised and amazed, and totally convinced now.

I plan to do another session in the fall - maybe 12-16 weeks. I could tell that around the 6th week, there was a change - the swelling didn't go down that much any more. I hated to stop just when I seemed to be gaining momemtum, but it couldn't be helped.

I wore Brava every night without fail for at least 10 hours; some days more (14+ hours). I believe that the most important thing is consistence.

Good luck to all, and I hope this will be of some encouragement.

congrats!! i'm starting to see more results too. i'm currently on my 10th week and i'm starting to notice more growth. my 34b bra is too tight during the day and fairly tight at night. the swelling is lasting a lot longer and it is encouraging me to not give up. the only bad thing is its starting to get really hot and it makes sleeping with this very uncomfortable!! i want to wear this for another 6 weeks at least but if it gets too hot and unbearable then i might give up sooner....

brava is definitely more ideal to wear in the winter time.

Nice job, Persistance is the key with brava.

Reason i have kept at it for so long. I am at 2880 hours as of midnight tonight 28 weeks 14.85 hours average per day at this point. I am trying to hit that 15 hour average but takes alot of over 15 hour days to get there.

And definitly on the winter months for brava getting warm out here in So. California and i don't have ac.

But i want to stick with it for as long as i can and get as much out of this mega session as i can. May have to stop for a few months here before long but would be nice to do the max brava says you should do and that is 52 weeks. I will have to purchase a new set of domes here before much longer. Logged over 1000 hours with the current set. And with it being so hot i have to take them off more often and that wears out the sticky much faster.

I'm from Southern California too! It is definitely getting hotter and hotter and my mom doesn't turn on the ac unless its over 100 degrees and even so she only turns it on for a little while.

I was thinking of taking a break and starting up again when it got cooler but I've already gone this far and I don't want to start all over and wait 5 weeks+ to resume growth. Anyway good luck on hitting 15 hours and 52 weeks! You're more than halfway there!

I was wondering for those who are done with them if they would be willing to sell their system. Buying it new is so expensive! I have been so self concious about how small I feel that I'd like to try it. I'm about a 34A...you can email me at reherrmann@yahoo.com if you'd like to. Let me know how much you want for them!

Final results Smile
April 13 2009 at 12:14 PM CousinRose (Login CousinRose)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hey girls Smile

It has been 2 and a half weeks since I finished and I gained about 4,5-5 cm (about 2 inches) from 90 cm (35,4 inches) to about 95 cm (37,4). I would say that is a cupsize. Since I always wore padded bras I guess my real bra size was a small B (my B's never fitted me unpadded) or big A unpadded and now I wear unpadded B bras (some don't even fit me) and padded C bras. So I am guessing I am a big B/small C.

I am so happy with my results. It is very noticeable and not only to my boyfriend. I feel my body is more in proportion and it was SO worth it even thought I hated every moment of it. I just hope I don't loose everything in the next years.

I did 12 weeks and averaged over 13 hours a day. I think that extra hour a day really counted for me since the difference in swelling between 12 and 13 hours was really big.

I hope this gives some of you encouragement. I have never breastfed so I shouldn't be a rapid responder!

Good luck girls!

I also ended up a full B/small C depending on the bra. I have done Brava four different times and each time I kept everything that I didn't lose during the intial "shrinkage". My growth was permanent. Hope that encourages you.

You are both SO encouraging, thank you for letting us know!!! So when do you think that the "initial shrinkage" period is over? A couple days? 2 weeks? Just wondering because Brava says 4 weeks I think, but maybe they're just covering themselves. Could you check in again in a few more weeks?
Congratulations to both of you on your results!

Molehills, I am not sure when the shrinkage time is over, especially since i don't measure, but I always figured about a week. Maybe it is so slow and subtle (just like the growth!) that I just don't notice that I am still shrinking. If I find that I shrink more than I expect to, I am sure I will be doing another round of Brava in the fall, but I sure hope I don't have to.

I started noticing the difference in week 5 and between weeks 5-7 I grew the most. I think we all have different minimum hours we need to wear the domes for and I think mine is 13 hours a day.

It has almost been 3 weeks now but I am going to keep checking. I haven't shrunk since the first week and the most was in day 2-3!

I am so happy that Stacy kept all her growth and it encoureges me that I might just keep mine. It has just always been such a distant dream for me to reach the c cup, I just can't believe it.

I think the key for my is to wear the domes for 12 plus hours a day. The other times I did brava for whatever reason the longest I could ever last was 11 hours a day. This time, even though I only lasted 14 weeks, I don't feel like I have shrunk much at all, and I am wondering if it is because I am keeping more growth due to my long wear times. I would say that 80% of the time I kept the domes on for 12 or 13 hours. There were only a handful of times that I took them off after 10 hours and a few others at 11. If I do Brava ever again, I will aim for the same.

No, I do have kids....3 actually! I had a lot of deflated skin so I think I did respond well, although I wouldn't call going from an a to a small C rapid, since it took 83 weeks total to get there.

You did 32 weeks, and than you did 20 weeks, got pregnant and stopped after 2 cycles, you can't count that, because pregnancy makes your breast bigger and than smaller. This is was your third cycle after the 3rd child, correct? You should only count the last 14 weeks you did after the 3rd child.

HUH?

I think I get what you are saying....when I got pregnant I was a large B/small C....breastfed and definitely lost some growth due to all the stretching of breast tissue from 1 1/2 years of nursing. So when I began cycle #3 I was a small B. (still larger than my initial prebrava small a) I did 17 weeks and had to stop due to the terrible power outage this winter. (had to stay at inlaws!) This brought be back to a full B. I took a month off and did another 14 weeks, which I just ended and I am a fuller B/good size C depending on the bra. So I would say I grew about a cup in 31 weeks.

I didn't know you did 17 weeks and another 14 weeks. I was just trying to say, don't count what ever you did before the pregnancy, because a lot happened to your breast for 9 months plus breastfeeding. That is still great, you are a full B/C after 31 weeks. I wish I can have that too someday (hopefully soon).

18 months post brava
March 26 2009 at 10:02 AM lexy (no login)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I used the brava system for about 8 months (i deleted my stats text doc) but i used to do an averege of 14 hours a day. i'm a small b and was getting monster boobs when taking brava off. during the treatment i got a bone lump on the sternum that is still there. thank god it's not very visible. Unfortunately it's the only thing that is still there. i think in 2 months after stopping i lost everything. it is possible that brava does create new tissue but i think that tissue is fat only and i'm a fat burning machine (5"8 and 114 lb). So for me it was just a bit of torture that i now look back at and can't believe i did all that for nothing. In the mean time i made peace with my size.
I'm not saying Brava cannot work but it didn't work for me. They do say that being skinny doesn't help and it seems that's true. Still, good luck to everyone.

Oh gosh. That is the absolute worst news I could hope to hear. I am very thin as well. I have started off totally flat and after breast-feeding, my breasts went right back down. The only thing I hope to have going for me is that my weight has been virtually constant since 8th grade (except pregnancy) and if Brava does create any fat in my breasts, it will be new fat in a new place.

But boy, am I scared. If I go back to where I started, it will truly be to nothing. It is hard to make peace with my size, since there is no size at all. Just a nipple and rib bones. It looks terrible and there is no way I can even pretend I have something by wearing a padded bra, since it just rides up over my non-existent breasts.

Lexy,

thanks for your report. I'm so sorry to hear about the results that just melted away, but it's good to hear that you made peace with your size! The days I have good swelling, I get up to about a small B cup and I think I look great in that, so I'm sure you do look very good as you are!! I take it you're not planning to do any other type of NBE? You have the exact same BMI as I do (17,3) which is a lot lower than the "underweight" category - under 18.5. I think I read somewhere that in order to do well with NBE you should have an BMI of at least 22...

I will add your results to my compilation of brave results from this board, hope you don't mind.

Roakie and Cousin Rose,

don't be too discouraged! Still, the vast majority of Brava users will gain and keep measurable growth - I keep my fingers crossed for both of you (and all of us here!)

Well, my BMI was measured at a University Lab in some sort of pod capsule that I am supposed to sit in. It's supposed to be the most accurate measurement of any device for BMI. I came out somewhere about 15.75%. There's nothing I can do about it. I have always been thin, but even at that percentage, I STILL have cellulite on my thighs and butt. I eat REALLY well, don't exercise like a fanatic, and my BMI has always stayed about the same.

If I grow breasts, it will be a huge miracle but I am determined.

3 weeks post Brava update
February 17 2007 at 11:23 PM Nicole (no login)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It's been 3 weeks since i stopped brava and i am happy to report that shrinkage only appear in the first 3(more like 2) days, after that my size has stablized and i know the growth are real and they are mine to keep. I know that because my breast are very soft now as oppose to hard on touch with swelling. I used Brava for 30 weeks averaging 13 hours a day with only 2 missing days. My growth is a little less than 2 inches and about a cup size. Although i have hoped for more, but I am still quite happy with the result and i will definitely give it another go after a couple of months of break(gotta have a break and catch up with my beauty sleep!) I have took before and after pictures, will post them soon.
Hopefully my post would give other brava gals encouragement because we just have seen too many negative posts on Brava. Personally, i believe Brava does work, but it's a lot of hard work and you need to do whatever you can to acheive great swelling everyday, big swelling is the KEY to real growth. I feel bad that some gals here spend 15+ weeks or more on Brava yet get nothing out of it, i think following are the possible reasons,
1)15 weeks maybe is just not enough for some, it took me 30!!
2)I had said it over and over again, you might not have enough swelling. if you take a look at Tweety(shannon)'s Brava picture, you could see that she swell from a very flat A to what must be a huge C. I was not surprised to see her obtaining great growth in just 11 weeks.

After using both a smartbox and an airlock device, i have come up with a few tips for great swelling, but i will post them in a separate post.

I really look forward to seeing the pics and for reading your tips on swelling. You say you missed only 2 days in the 30 weeks you wore Brava, what about days less than 10 hours. Did you have any of those? If so, how many? I have not missed any days yet but I have had several days less than 10 hours with the least amount of hours being 5 1/2 hours. I am just wondering how that has messed me up!

Update, girls!
May 21 2009 at 2:02 PM StacyEllen (no login)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hey girls....now I have been off Brava for close to 2 months now (i think) and WOW do I miss those boobs! I do think I am bigger than last summer (before I began brava all over again after baby #3) I can see the difference in how I look in my tank tops. But the whole reason I did cycle #4 (after my intial 18 weeks when I then took a break) was to get into a C cup bra. I had ended up a full B after the 18 weeks. The goal was to get to a c cup but of course I only lasted 15 weeks, I think. I am not sure that I actually ended up retaining any of that. I am still really just a full B. Why is it so hard to cross the line into that C cup? I am wearing 34C but as I think i mentioned before I am frequently adjusting my boobs, because they just don't fill out the cup like i want. I would look a bit squished into the B's.

I have figured out that in order for me to REALLY grow enough to make it worth my while, i HAVE to go at least 20 weeks. More even better. Unfortunately, that just seems unbearable. Maybe if I lived alone, but not only do the domes start to make me nuts (you can only lose sleep for so long before you go looney!) but they drive my family crazy. (the sacrifice, the smell of the silicone rims, watching me wear my husband's ugly t-shirts to bed, me staring at the clock to make sure the domes go on in time) I would LOVE to do Brava again in the fall and this time wear them for 20 weeks or more. We'll see. I have not received my noogleberry yet. I am expecting it to be a quick fix, and if i wear them REGULARLY I will feel fuller, but that is about all I expect. No actual growth. I hope I am wrong, because the noogleberry system seems so much easier than Brava.

I had a pregnancy scare this week which had me looking for the tallest building Smile Thank goodness I am not pregnant. (even though the last time I was pregnant my boobs went from full B to a D cup in a month, WOW!) They weren't worth it!!!

Keep persevering girls!

I hear you StacyEllen, and it's really helpful to us newer users to hear this and keep our expectations in check. I think you'll get everything you hope for from noogle. Your breasts already used to swelling will be HUGE in no time with it. And many many people claim actual growth that after a bit of deflation post use (like brava) hold their size. Obviously this is after doing it for many months. But still, for an hour a day, and amazing swelling, and the ability to do it in privacy without it being a concern in your relationship...

On a side note, if you do decide to do brava again, I have some ideas about that vile smell situation! I was always grossed out when pulling off the domes in the morning with that heinous odour escaping. That's changed entirely since I stopped using the skin prep. Just using aloe vera gel (+plus a a skin gel I get from a company that sells actives called seakelp bioferment) my rashies are retreating and there is absolutely no smell whatsoever upon removal of the domes. It wasn't the domes after all (OR ME!) it was the skin prep!!!

It'll be here any day (Roakie just got hers!!). Make sure you use plenty of moisturizer, its very different to the sticky of brava. You want nice slippery breasts, so that you can get a good seal. I'm sure you'll get amazing results from it. Anyone with a nice amount to start with (overflowing B's?!! PERFECT) get pretty dramatic response almost immediately. You'll have big plump boobies all summer long, and nobody will be any the wiser how you got them! Providing you go easy with the suction - its VERY easy to overdo it - and start with some shorter sessions, 15 minutes at a time to begin with, you'll start swelling in no time, and should manage to escape the common mishap with noogle, hickey marks. Even the red rings won't be a problem if you keep the sessions a reasonable length and amount of suction. It's amazing to see the boobs swelling into the cups, and easy to get carried away watching them expand further and further over time. Have fun!!

my results

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

hello,
I finished 15 weeks and 1250 hours 6 weeks ago.
When I first finished I gained 2 inches but now its more like 1.5 inches.
how long does it take to see the final result? they seem to have gone down very slowly.

So im quite happy with this, i got measured recently at a store and i went from a b to a c cup.
But no one can really tell the difference by looking at me I have had no comments, but I do feel good about the increase which is the most important thing.

Im going to do another session before xmas and hopefully gain another 2 inches, but we will see!
Im a bit bummed by the shape, they are so nice and round when the domes come off but then go back to normal.
Anyone have a change in shape with theirs?
Has anyone had a noticable difference and had comments about their increase?
What did you say was the reason?

Hey girl,

For me I lost the most the first few days after I finished and after 2 weeks I think I stabalized.
Going from a b cup to a c cup is great! Congratulations.

I think I had improved shape but when you get used to the swelling and that shape it is hard to remember how they looked in the beginning. Did you take a before picture? If you did, compare it to your breasts as they look now.

I have had some comments and my friend asked if I had had something done. I was so happy and I told her about it. Otherwise I have not been asked why they are bigger but I would say to people I don't want to share my experience with that I changed my diet or changed BCP.

Good luck on your next session
Rose

Congrats ebob! You mean you did the whole time on your own without turning to us to have a little whine, even once? Amazing! The forum was a huge help to me, especially in the first couple of months, when I was worried about ruining my breasts/nipples etc.

I know what you mean about the swollen breasts vs the real growth. I think EVERYONE feels a little disappointment that the swelling doesn't stick around. We all bemoan it! But I second what CousinRose said. Unless you have some before pics, you totally forget about what your breasts were like, especially after seeing months of swelling. They're a quick reminder of where we started...Afterall, to have 1 1/2 inches, it means quite a lot of growth has happened!

It sounds like you're after more fullness and lift, as your breasts probably have a bit more drop compared to a lot of us girls that are starting out with A cups (and less). I would imagine that you'd need quite a bit of growth to fill out, and probably another cycle will help immensely. But wow!! B to C? A lot of us would be thrilled with a B! But I totally understand about wanting to enhance your shape. I think you'll do it, if you're not too big for the extra larges domes!

Congrats, and good luck with round two!

I have been away from this site for a while, but never forgot how I needed some place to read about others that were going through the same thing I was. When I fist started wearing Brava I visited daily and posted comments several times. Now I just wanted everyone to know my results with Brava for some encouragement and to know that it can work. When I started Brava (It seems like a lifetime ago) I was a small 34B in one breast and a large 34A in the other. After wearing Brava for 25 weeks I am now a nice 34C in my larger breast and a small 34C in the other, so a C bra fits nicely on both breasts. My breasts are much fuller now, especially on the top, they were like empty sacks that were flat on my chest. I do not have any sagging or wrinkles from wearing Brava, in fact my breasts look perkier because of the fullness on top. I know some are concerned with the size and shape of nipples, well to me mine look the same as before and now that I am no longer wearing Brava the tenderness I felt in them while wearing is no longer there. When I was wearing Brava my nipples were very tender to touch (the water from the shower waas very painful if it hit them).

I quit wearing Brava May 10th so I now know my growth is permanent. I wore Brava with no missed days during those 25 weeks averaging 8.5 to 10 hours through the week and 14 hours per day on weekends. The least time for wearing Brava on any day was 5 hours.

When I see myself with out the daily swelling now I feel like I have no growth because I was so used to seeing it, but when I see my bra that now fits me I realize that I really had quite a bit of growth and the swelling just was an illusion. I think I will keep Brava around to use on those occasions that I might want some extra bust.

I took pictures of myself before I started wearing Brava but have not taken any since I quit wear Brava. I may take them and I may not, I have not decided. I would have liked to have kept wearing Brava, but with summer here and all the extra outdoor activities and a new boyfriend in the picture there was just no time to continue. I found that it was much easier to do in the winter.

I am sure some will want to know if I used the smart box or air lock. I started with the smart box but at about 4 weeks I switched to the air lock exclusively. I sucked the air out, but not so much that it hurt or bruised or left marks (besides the marks and creases you get just from wearing the domes). If it felt like there was a loss of suction I would suck out more air. I guess I was lucky since I never had a problem with rashes or sores or any of these types of problems that some users experience.

Overall I am very pleased with the results I got with brava, but as much as I would like to be bigger I do not know if I can put in that much time again. I just wanted all of you that are currently wearing Brava and those that are considering it that it can work, and it can work without all the side effects that everone is always talking about.

I will try to check back on the site in a few days to see if anyone has any questions they would like to ask, then I probably will come back and read what is going on with all you girls on the site in the future because I feel a bond with anyone that uses the system.

Good luck to all.

Starting again tonight and have before/after pictures from my first cycle
June 30 2009 at 1:47 PM CousinRose (Login CousinRose)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I am starting my second cycle of Brava tonight. I wanted to wait untill the summer is finished but I live in a cold climate so the nights are always cold anyways. My bf gets no summer vacation so I am not going anywhere, overnight the most. I plan on even-ing out my breasts to begin with and only using the domes on my left breast.

I took my after pictures today, 3 months post Brava, but I don't know if I am going to post them (even though I am wearing a bikini top). But if you want to see them I can email it to you Smile

Thank you for the pictures. The difference is big; your right breast does look bigger than the left. Did you gain 2"?

Yes I gained about 2" Smile I always had uneven breasts but I am planning on doing 12 weeks on just my left breast and than continue on both for another 12.

I started my "adjustment" period last night Smile

I will definitly take before and after pictures again. I recommend everyone doing it because I felt I had gone back to my original size but when I took my "after" picture and compared it to the before picture I saw I hadn't.

Thanks Karen Smile

I still have some of the white marks but they are fading away. I never did anything to try to get rid of them.

I went to Palm Spring last weekend, I got a tan, but the rim marks stayed white. I hope it's not permanent.

It happened to me also when I had just stopped and went to the tanning booth. But I have gotten some suntan these last days and the marks are tanning as well. I can hardly see them anymore and they are disappearing. It just takes a while. I will keep you posted when (and if) I loose them completly.

Gorgeous breasts cousin rose! You've really encouraged me! I can tell that they are more firm and full too. I seem to be getting a similar result, although your's look a little larger than mine to begin with, I think.

They're a very pretty shape! All the best for round 2.

Hi Cousin Rose,

I'm thinking of doing the noogleberry system as Brava is a little pricy for me. I don't want to get into the herbs, I don't want to mess with my estrogen levels and hormones as I've had trouble regulating them in the past. So I'm going to try the pump method.

Did you take anything else along with the Brava? Also could I see your before and after pics?

My email is lyrics772002@yahoo.ca

Thanks!

Hey NBE student. This is the same reason why I use the suction method. I don't want to mess with my hormones since I am very sensitive for them. I can't even use normal birth control pills. I didn't use any herbs while using the Brava system.

I'm sending you my pics right now Smile

Hi Rose,

I just read your reply about not using any herbs after I sent you the email back. Sorry about that. How much have you grown? Are they lasting results?

Have a great day

Hey nbe student,

I don't mind you sending the email but I will answer here as well Smile

I took the after pictures 3 months after I stopped using Brava and I haven't lost any since then.

I gained 5 cm, or 2 inches.

I think it is permanent but I have to be careful not to loose weight since I don't have the tendency on gaining fat on my chest. That is; if I loose weight and gain it back, I might loose some breasts but not gain them back. I can imagen that is the reason some women loose their growth.

Hello,
I would love to see your pic's if you don't mind sending them to me. Any encouragement would be great!! I've been using Brava for almost 11 weeks now. How can you tell how much your gaining? I've been hopeful that what I keep after about 8 to 10 hours off is what is actual growth. Is that true? How long did you use Brava and what were your measurements before and after? Best of luck on round two!!

Thanks
Carrie

(no login) brava, me and Steve G. July 15 2009, 9:28 PM

Hey, I'm a former Brava user. I used the system for almost a year. Starting in June of 2008 thru December 2008. I started my second session Mid January of 2009 and ended Late April of 2009. I measured 33 inches/ 34AAA cup before brava. My measurements were 35 1/2 inches, full 34A cup post brava. I grew 2 1/2 inches. I read some articles on Steve G. Jones Hypnotherapy. I decided to give it a try. I orderd the CDs and began July 4th 2009 weekend. My measurements are 36 1/2 inches. That makes me a large 34B cup, I can't believe it!!!! I haven't finished my 21 days yet, but I plan to continue until I am a large C or small D cup. The best part is, I rarely make it thru the entire CD. I usually fall asleep within the first 15mins. But the he clearly states that you do not have to stay awake for the hypnotherapy to work. I wish I knew about him earlier. I would have NEVER purchased the Brava. The Brava works, no doubt about it! But 10-14hrs a day (and spending 1600 dollars) seems silly when I can fall asleep to a CD and grow breast 10X faster. Good Luck Ladies!

Hi Rose,

You were one of the successful users of Brava. Have you finished your cycle . Is it stabilized?. How much growth did u get in the end? Of course we want to see your pictures. But I dont know about the privacy issue since this is a public forum.

CousinRose
(Login CousinRose) Re: I posted my pics September 15 2009, 3:17 PM

Hey Elle,

The pictures are from my first cycle, from January to March this year. The after photo was taken in the beginning of July - a little more than 3 months after I finished. It took about 3 weeks to stabalize completly.

I grew about 4-5 cm, a little less than 2 inches. The straps on my top have the same adjustments on both pics and I took the after picture on the 5th day of my periods so I wouldn't have any pre menstrual swelling. I want my pictures to be as realistic as possible.

I am doing my second cycle now evening out my breasts. Using the dome on only my left breast. I only have 11 days left and I will post an after picture a few weeks after that. My breasts are about even now after I have the dome off for 12 hours but there is always an initial shrinkage so I will probably have a little difference still.

That's great in 3 months 2 inches. You must be a rapid responder than. They say in second cycle you grow less than first cycle. I havent seen your pictures but it must be great to grow one cup size in 3 months. You are one of the lucky ladies for sureSmile

wowwwwww! congratulations, you look great. there is an obvious difference, you inspire me to use Brava, currently i am doing some BosomBeauty and Noogleberry, I realized i love the swelling and want to try Brava to see some permanent increase in a shorter period. What size of domes were you using by the way, and were u using the smartbox or airlock?

if i will have the money and time this winter I am planning to use, and you are a big inspiration!!

Hey Salome 83. I am glad to encourage you to use Brave. I love it but it doesn't work well for everyone. I used the smartbox all the time. I tryed using the airlock but my first night I lost pressure and nothing woke me up so I had a lost night. So I began again with smartbox.

I used the narrow large domes.

Good luck and remember the first week is hell and it DOES get better after that!!
